I use the 703 on a regular basis, (8 to 10 times a year) all is good but I would love to see the bus run every hour as it did before the pandemic. running every 2 hours can mean a long wait at the airport or a big rush to try make it to the bus.

Driver took my card to tap rather that letting me tap it myself. He also turned my card so that the 3 digit security number on the back was visible. Made me very uncomfortable. I have written looking for explanation.

Even if you miss the bus you booked due to a delayed flight, staff will try to get you on the next bus at no extra charge if there is room.

Driver failed to stop for pickup at two stops luckily we were able to chase him down via car to get on the bus headed to the airport. Driver showed no remorse and would not turn music down while trying to speak and be heard

You don't accept cash payments and don't accept payment with a pin card. You accept only contactless cards. I was not able to buy ticket with a driver. Cash is a legal mean of payment in Ireland. Not accepting it is a discrimination.

Unreliable. From airport to city was ok but return on 25/09 another matter. 14:00 coach didn’t arrive, nor did 14:15, then 14:30 had not turned up by 14:35 so I took the public bus 16 to avoid missing flight so had to pay again (I had already seen three no 16 buses come and go while waiting so very frustrating).

40 minutes late. Would have got to the airport quicker on regular cheaper bus faster and without standing in the cold fir 40 minutes.

Horrific experience - bus was over 20 mins and very rude driver who was extremely intimidating shouting and roaring at passengers. Will never use again! Multiple reviews below note the exact same experience with generic replies from customer service!

Bus wouldn’t take card or cash. When I pleaded with driver to let me on he f*cked me out of it and treatened me with violence

Rude driver. Seats uncomfortable and kept sliding off due to the erratic accelerating and brake pressing of driver. Endured 3 hours from Cork to Dublin and never will again. Shocking.
