“Booked return ticket from Cork to Dublin Airport. No issues going to the airport. However, didn't get a chance to take the returning trip - the luggage store was full (thank you all who carry three suitcases with them...) even though some seats were still empty. Driver said there's no way for extra bus even though it happened third time in last few days... And that next bus will be full as well. Advised me to lodge the complain. I did it last Sunday but there's still no reply. Obviously, I had to get a ticket with someone else (gobus). Extra costs, no contact from aircoach. Didn't know they never reply to their customers...”

We apologize for what happened and regret to hear that you didn't get a chance to take the return trip due to the luggage store being full. We understand it must have been a hassle to have to book a ticket with another airline and pay an additional cost. We are sorry that you have not received a response to your complaint and we would like to know from you how we can make things better for our customers.

“I took the Aircoach from Dublin airport to Cork, 24th August 2023. It’s well worth it. Very efficient service. Bus is clean & wifi is available. I purchased the flexi ticket in advance in case I needed a different bus time if my flight had been was delayed. You can buy tickets on the day as well. The aircoach left Dublin airport a little late but the driver made up the time on the way to Cork.”

“Crash on M50 meant our driver had to find an alternative route to central Dublin from the airport. Despite it taking nearly an hour he made very good time back to Cork. Great service.”

“We saw a couple with pre-bought tickeys been refused to board by a very rude driver: they were told to take the next one, when their ticket states that they cannot do that. They gave up. The next bus was our own. It never showed up. We gave up too, and took a taxi. Terrible service, they don't even respond to emails.”
