“There was no pulldown menu so that I could not choose the DART station, but only the starting point. I dont know what it is called. Your driver said that I was not registered with her for grtting on at the DART stationr, but that I could get on anyway! Not inspiring.”

We are sorry that there was no pulldown menu to choose the DART station and that your driver said that you were not registered with her for getting on at the DART station. We understand how frustrating and uninspiring this could have been. You can type the stop location in the origin box to book. Once again, thank you for your honest feedback.

“Coach was 15 mins late setting out and took nearly 4hours to arrive in Cork. It was a warm sunny day and the bus was very hot. I had to ask to have the air conditioner turned up and even then it remained uncomfortably hot inside the bus.”

“Someone stole my suitcase off this bus and I never gett it back I had all my belonging in that suitcase”

“Very good, busses are usually on time and are comfortable and clean. One thing that could be improved in drivers making a greater effort to allow prebooking customers on first as ocassionally those without pre booked tickets will be allowed on first”

“Great service, although bus was running 20- 25 behind schedule. Must load and unload your own bags on the bottom of the bus. Difficult when you load at one of the last stops.”

“Boarded the bus at Dalkey, but we had to load our own luggage with no direction from the driver. By the time we arrived at the airport our luggage had been pushed to the back. Had to drag out all the luggage, then crawl into the storage area to retrieve bags. Not on! I don't expect driver to load or retrieve luggage (but all other buses do it), but he could at least organise the loading so that it is easy to retrieve. No excuse for that.”

“Had a great journey to Dublin airport leaving Derry. Only thing I can complain about is that on arrival to Dublin Airport my 2 suitcases were pushed right into the back of the holding area and I had to actually get into the bus on my hand and knees to move other suitcases out of the way to retrieve my luggage. Definitely wouldn’t be suitable for elderly passengers travelling”
