“On my first journey by coach since Covid, I just travelled from Cork to Dublin Airport on the 10am service. Coach was spotless, the Driver was very organised (place bags here for city centre, here for Terminal one suitcases etc.) He also was very understanding and helpful when a few pax asked if it was possible to turn off the cold air, explaining that it would heat up shortly (which it did) He also ask us to wear headphones, if using personal devices (which I appreciated greatly) He was a careful driver and gave service with a smile. Thank you to our driver, Peter for getting us to Dublin safely.”

“28, April, 2024 705x coach from Belfast to Dublin airport. Being visitors to Ireland, things are at times confusing, but everyone from information, to ticketing, to our driver were very helpful and courteous. Our driver, George, was very informative and helpful with connections in both ends of our trip. I am a professional driver, now retired, in the U.S., so I understand about driving big equipment in small spaces. George was on time for departure and arrival, and provided us with a smooth ride. My hat is off to all the professional drivers we have had the pleasure to ride with!”

“Booked air coach for Belfast international to Derry. It was running behind 45mins approximately. Went and got a breakfast and missed it..Was able to use the same ticket! “Needed help with my booking Belfast to Dublin Airport Return for mid April travel. Travelling early morning for a 6.30 departure on the 17th but have to enter travel date as the 16th to ensure getting a bus at one in the morning. Seems to be a an over complicated website but thankfully Tanja who answered the phone was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. I look forward to travelling with Aircoach.”

“Brilliant service. Highly recommend it for families looking to get to airport. Booked it via App. Picked it up at St Stephens Green with my wife and 3 kids. Driver was lovely and helped us put luggage and pram under the bus. Took about 20 minutes to get to Airport. Dropped us right outside Terminal. Bus driver helped take out all our luggage and pram.”

“We had a piece of luggage, seemingly stolen, from the cabin underneath the bus en route to Cork to Dublin Airport. Graham from the ticket booth/kiosk at the airport was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. Obviously it was a terrible experience but Graham really helped us out with a calm and kind manner and we’re both incredibly appreciate of him. This is more so a review for his superiors to see as a review for future customers. Despite the bump in the road, I would use this company again because of Graham’s service and sympathy.”
