We had a piece of luggage, seemingly stolen, from the cabin underneath the bus en route to Cork to Dublin Airport. Graham from the ticket booth/kiosk at the airport was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. Obviously it was a terrible experience but Graham really helped us out with a calm and kind manner and we’re both incredibly appreciate of him. This is more so a review for his superiors to see as a review for future customers. Despite the bump in the road, I would use this company again because of Graham’s service and sympathy.
