“The staff covered a very urgent need of mine with utmost professionalism. They used multiple communication channels to get the process running faster. The only thing I'd suggest them work on is the order process time. If they can unlock the ablility to process an order for a product that's in the stock within a day and make it ready for pickup from warehouse, it would be great. Having said that, they still have been very helpful and I will come back to this store when I need another air conditioning product.”

“Just had my old ducted system replaced and it was a great experience all round. The price was substantially better than the competition and totally transparent, ie, they priced the installation and system saparately. It made it very easy to evaluate other quotes. The installer was also great and the whole thing, from the request for quote to completion went without a hitch.”

“I recently bought a Mitsubishi Heavy Electric split AC from Air-conditioning online. The price was reasonable when compared to other sellers. They were prompt to respond to my queries and provided a free delivery. The unit was delivered within the promised time and they followed up to ensure it was correctly delivered.”

“Very bad experience, purchase was duplicated as card payment vanished during processing, tried to cancel order with 4 phone calls, was still not done, had to do it myself, then they had the cheak to charge me a fee. Only just got delivery details of the second unit after almost 2 weeks, I think these guys make their money out of the freight cost, exorbitant to say the least. Dosnt seem to be any communication amongst the various people I spoke with, different one every time. Still waiting for goods. Would recommend to all, stear clear.”
