“Highly unethical services. Worst experience of my life. Everyday I need to call the Ajio customer care number and beg them to arrange for the return pick up. But THEY WON'T.”

“My honest expirence is bad with ajio clothing site. I am very disappointed they charge platform fees and convience fees.Dress was out of stock after placing order and after 2-3 working day the order automatically cancelled and not refund initiated. I am very dissppointed with ajio and services.If will definitly not buying any product in future from ajio.”

“The website is full of glitches and problem. The filters does not work, the website takes ages to load, the screen goes white and takes to somewhere etc etc etc. I just do not like the e experience the delivery dates does not show. I just can't end complaining.”

“Ajio has delivered me a disgusting, used product! It had sweat stains in both underarm areas, dirt marks at the bottom, and a horrible stench. This is absolutely unacceptable! I was shocked to see these marks when I was about to use it. How can Ajio sell something in such a filthy condition? This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an e-commerce platform. Ajio’s standards are pathetic compared to other platforms. I demand an immediate return and refund. Do the needful right away!”

“Worst services Since 2 months I am struggling to return my order and get refund. Firstly they visited at the wrong address, when I asked delivery executive to reschedule return order instead he canceled the order. The customer care is equally useless everything just raising complaints with no resolution. NEVER order from AJIO”

“I am writing to report an issue with my recent order. Despite ordering two coats, only one was delivered. The order details indicate that both items were delivered, which is incorrect. I have contacted customer service via email, providing detailed information, but the issue remains unresolved. The customer service team has requested photos or images, which I already sent is all mail but has not provided a replacement or refund for the missing item. Furthermore, when I requested proof of delivery for both orders, they failed to respond. This lack of transparency raises concerns about the company's business practices and their commitment to customer satisfaction."”

“I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from AJIO regarding my order [Order ID - FN2952600137]. It has been 48 hours since I reported the issue, and there has been no communication or update from the team. The incorrect product has not been picked up as promised, and I have yet to receive the correct item I ordered (Marks & Spencer pullover in maroon, size M). This delay and lack of action reflect poorly on AJIO's service quality and commitment to customer satisfaction. I expect immediate action to: Pick up the incorrect product without further delay. Deliver the correct item promptly. If this cannot be resolved, I request a full refund at the earliest. Such experiences are highly frustrating and disappointing. I hope AJIO improves its service and communication to avoid such issues in the future.”
