This is the worst app. I still haven't received my refund & am not able to reach their customers care service 😞. You guys really need to work on your customer care service. It's been almost a month ig 😭 didn't expect it from Ajio. I even mailed them but nothing happened & why there is no typing option on chat, this literally makes no sense at all.

Very bad, donot send person to get the returns picked up, keep on rescheduling without any contact. The customer care is totally useless.

Ajio is the most pathetic and unreliable shopping platform I have ever used. I ordered a ghagra choli for my function, and the delivery date kept changing like a joke — first 23rd September, then 24th, and now 27th September. My function is tomorrow, and thanks to Ajio’s incompetence, my entire plan is ruined. Their so-called customer service is a complete disgrace. When I reached out for help, all I got was a robotic response: “We can’t do anything.” They didn’t even bother to connect me to a senior or manager. What kind of company treats its customers like garbage? Ajio is unprofessional, irresponsible, and utterly careless. They don’t respect their customers’ time or money. If you value your events, your money, or your peace of mind, stay far away from Ajio. This will be my last order here, and I’ll make sure to warn everyone I know about this fraudulent, useless platform

Ajio is sick they charge 99 rs. Of delivery 29 rs. Of platform fee I mean for what you also sell almost the same products like other platforms Foreign companies like urbanic savana also don't do like this what ajio does ... Disappoints everytime

I received so many products without any issue. But today, delivery guy said me he delivered my parcel and I said him OTP, when I reach home parcel is not even delivered.what kind of scam is this. Cx care person is saying if I tell OTP parcel will be delivered. Whom should I ask about the product now. I didn't receive parcel and also my money also gone. I never expected this kind of issue. Worst experience with Ajio and their customer service.

Worst experience, order a top from them , they haven't send the complete product , when initiate a complain instead of exchange and send the complete product, the ask for return nd order it again, but I ordered the product in sale price, now it's price is way more higher, they are not ready to exchange it they only want to return , didn't get any help from them ...

At one of the this is one of the more reliable and transparent in terms of correct pricing but now I can see that the MRP of the increase by 70-90% and then offers discounts of 80% which seriously doesn't make any sense. No benefit to buy at such price.

very poor website for shopping as after payment of orders they cancelled product then deduct convenience charges and refund pending amount.. really hate this site..

I placed an order on 10th September and made the payment online. The product was supposed to be delivered by 16th September, but till now the status still shows only “Confirmed” with no further updates. I even contacted Ajio customer service, but they were absolutely no help. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Very poor customer service – no proper response, no resolution. I strongly request all customers to think twice before buying from Ajio, as their service is unreliable and feels like they are just taking money without delivering. Truly a bad experience.

One of the worst possible apps to oder things from. They repeatedly send you the wrong product, then refuse to get it returned claiming it has failed quality check. Customer service is very poor and unreliable.

I had asked for return of ceruti Bag 3 weeks ago , the crocked Ambani company has been giving me stupid , vague, fraudulent reasons time again shamelessly of not taking the merchandise back ,same thing happened for one shirt . I have decided never to use AJIO a chor Ambani company the return process is impossible as the will keep speaking lies shamelessly. Tata cliq is a far better company & very professional. Never use this crocked company

I ordered for a jacket and wallet, both of Tommy Hilfiger brand from Ajio for gifting to my friend on his 50th birthday that was on 14th Sep 2025. Purchased the product on 9th Sept and at the time of buying it on ajio, it showed me delivery on 13th Sep 2025. Come 13th Sep, but did not receive delivery of the products. From 13th to 14th Sept, I kept on tracking on the Ajio website but the tracking system kept on showing an error. They have a tie up with Xpressbees, which has one of the most disgusting tracking system. It does not recognise it's own AWB number. Neither does it recognise the Order ID or Tracking ID, nor my phone number. For each of the option, it gives an error. On calling Xpressbees, it never gets through the initial IVR as, it again does not recognise the Order ID or Tracking ID, or my phone number, or the AWB number !! So I call up Ajio customer care, but their response is far from helping. In spite of my repeating to them that I have to gift this to my friend on 14th Sept, the only thing they keep saying is that they will raise a complaint and get back to me by 20th September.......Called them 4 times all in all, but received ZERO SUPPORT and now finally am going to my friend's house disappointed......Ajio needs to scale up in terms of professionalism......I would never recommend this to anyone, even if they offer products at lesser price.....

I had purchased 3 products from Ajio but unfortunately 1 product has to be returned due to size issue and the amount of trouble i had while exchanging the product was not acceptable. It almost took a month for them to accept the return and it's still in process . Comparing the same with different e commerce shopping sites I think one should consider shopping elsewhere.

the worst online shooping experience , they dont deliever in time , they cancel part of your order and refuse to cancel the other part , they make you hold for hours but do not respond . they should be banned

The worst aap "Ajio" I will never do shoping again . Please guys don't ever shping with ajio because they are froud. I have order a chino pent from ajio and due to product quality issue I have raised the return, his logistics pikup the return and update on aap they don't pick return, I have raised the complaint with video proff after the they also refuse of return pickup .so now I have no product ,no return no refund . So this way company make his profit ... product bhi le liya ,paisa bhi ...soon this company will shut down ..Guys please don't do shopin on Ajio

They didn't accept a return for a defective item that they sent to me. I needed to share the images with customer support. It's an extremely ludicrous system that asks you to send everything under 15 MBs. As a customer, it's a long process, and even after sharing, I haven't received a reply from them. They won't reply to you until the return period is over. It's a scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AJIO.
