Hi Ajio, first I placed an order from your site and received a very poor-quality product. When I initiated a return, it’s been more than a week and no one has come to pick it up. Suddenly, I received a message saying that my return request has been canceled from Ajio’s side on my request, whereas I never canceled it. Your customer support service is extremely poor; they don’t even allow us to speak to a senior. After today, I will never use the Ajio app again, nor will I let my relatives and friends use it.

Terrible experience..My confirmed order 18.07.25 for MMTC Silver bar scheduled to be delivered on 21st..was undelivered till 23rd and was cancelled by their end.. because silver price increased rapidly in these 6 days...they cheat their customers.

"Your service is extremely poor. I’ve been waiting for so many days, but the product has not reached me, and the delivery executive has not contacted me. When I tried to contact the delivery executive using the number provided in your delivery service app, it turned out to be a fake number. Still, the delivery attempt has been marked as devilory unsuccessful. Your delivery service is very bad. My exchange product, time, and money have all gone to waste."

I had a terrible experience with AJIO. I ordered an Armani Exchange bag worth ₹9,928 but instead received a green dress that is clearly worth just a few hundred rupees. I raised a return request immediately, but it has been over 20 days and there has been no proper resolution. No one from the delivery partner contacted me for pickup despite multiple follow-ups, and all I received were generic messages saying the team would get in touch, which never happened. I even contacted customer care and was shocked by the rude and unprofessional behaviour of their executive Sampoorna, who said "Isme meri galti nahi hai, AJIO ki hai" and refused to help further. Now, AJIO wants me to wait even longer just to get the return picked up and the refund processed. This is completely unacceptable for a platform that claims to care about its customers. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend shopping here, especially for high-value items.

I had placed an order on 15th July and the delivery date was 20th July but I haven't received my parcel yet and on 21st July I got an email saying that the parcel would be delivered on 23rd July. Your service is so bad, every day is getting extended, the delivery should be done on the date given by you. There are other shopping sites also where it is never so late, the parcel is delivered on the date given. This is the first time I have received such bad service.

Ordered first product and delivered wrong product, later 48 hours + 48 hours + return processing time as last option then delayed in collecting the product and this all is happening when 10min SOS is the new KPI these days. Worst service I have seen.

I had a worst experience in ajio. I have ordered two cargo pants but I received only one warn-out t-shirt. That looks like very old used t-shirt. And not proper packing. I have tried multiple time for return request. They took long time and reject my request. They tell the image is not clarity. Please don't order anything in ajio. Poor customer support.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with AJIO. Recently, I received products without any price tags, and when I tried to return them, the app/system refused the return, claiming the item was not eligible. This is unfair and feels like a scam, especially because: The product arrived without a tag, not my fault. Return requests are being rejected without proper support. Customer service is unhelpful and slow to respond. This kind of behavior breaks trust. I used to like AJIO, but this experience has made me rethink using the platform. If you're shopping here, record your unboxing and be cautious. I hope AJIO takes this seriously and fixes their return policy issues.

Have been writing to customer care for over 1 month to resolve an issue with wallet, unable to use my wallet for purchases. Every email replies with generic advice on using wallet. There have been promises to escalate and call me. Then emails saying we tried to reach but you were unavailable. However, I have no missed calls. Promises for managers to respond and follow up which never happen. On call today with customer care today, refused to escalate or give me a resolution. Said, "I will tell my team and they will respond in 48 hours". No accountability, no way to follow up. @VineetNair, is this really a way to run a company? Complete and utterly incompetence.

Don't know now a days ajio order is being cancelled.. ajio cash is being expired.. if order is cancelled by ajio then they have no right to expire the ajio cash . 2nd time it has happened to me . Poor experience

Ajio has delivered me product without brand name and tag but at time of returning it's asking for tag. Everytime I complain to customer care they tell me please wait for few days you get reply from out side. Still waiting for reply.”Still they are not accepting the return. Request you all not to buy product from this app
