“There is no customer care in Ajio. And executive failed to accept my return because there was no brand name in the apparel ordered! Is it my fault ? He said no it isn't your fault. But you need to speak to customer care. Nobody bothers to call and neither are you allowed to call.”

“Worst customer service ever. Fake company. Also they have third class and pathetic delivery partners. No any update for our delivery after crossing estimated delivery date also. Very much disappointing. I’ll not recommend anyone.”

“Guys ajio is fake and using wrong practices in august I ordered 3 product out of which 2 I applied for return but I didn't receive my refund also the product got picked up after taking month for investigation in which I have shared the proof that it has been picked up but they said the delivery partner confirmed they didn't picked up..previously they said they picked up and deliver back to customer It has caused so much inconvenience I followed up over a month and finally they closed the complaint without resolution. Simply fake and worst product”

“AJIO is horrible online shopping experience as when you want to return the product will never come to take it back , the courier company has been instructed by the chor Ambani company never to pickup returns . The courier company just gave me a very stupid reason that they found the address incomplete,while delivering the address was correct. Never buy from these crooks . TATA cliq is far better company”

“Guys, please avoid ordering from AJIO.com. I had a very bad experience with their team and services, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it. I had ordered three products on 26th July (Order ID: FN3019600451), but instead of my order, I received two completely different products. I immediately raised a complaint and even shared pictures of the wrong items. Shockingly, it took them over a month just to “investigate” the case. Finally, the wrong products were picked up, but to my surprise, the refund they initiated was less than what I had originally paid. I argued with their executives multiple times, but they refused to resolve it and simply closed my case. I have been shopping with Amazon and Flipkart for over 10 years and never faced such an issue with returns or refunds. This has been by far the worst customer experience I’ve had. 👉 My advice: Do not use AJIO.com. They do not care about their customers.”

“There is absolute 0 response for the customers and I have received missing parts of the clothing sets yet no response worst website so far. Meesho is better I feel some times when we order more number of items something or the other cloth will be missing better try to make things right. And stop cheating like some cheap website..i remember when the website was only Trends we had received good offer and products”

“Ajio bakwas hai isme Mera pesa kha liya mene product return Kiya aur ab mera pesa return mahi kar raha hai jhuth bolkar mera product bhi le liya aur pese bhi nahi diya aur roj call karke mujhe mentally pareshan kar raha hai don't trust ajio koi isse saman na kharide”

“If zero was there then I have rated it, in fact I would rate - 1. I experienced the folowing 1) very poor customer care service as they talk like resolving the complaint but keep on waiting for ten minutes with music placed on hold and then abruptly disconnecting the call. 2) They say they will pick up for exchange but the app all of a sudden will say Return cancelled by us. 3) Upon checking reviews realising the poor service, the I could see that 1Star ratings are almost 2000 negative reviews. All mentioning the same issues I had faced. Pray that you are lucky to have a good product other forget refund they will not even exchange👎👎👎👎👎👎👎”

“Ajio is not customer friendly like Amazon and Flipkart. I have bitter experience with Ajio. I bought one shirt online. But the quality was very poor, so I returned the item. By mistake one small tag forgot to keep in the return packet. They collected the packet. Received message from Ajio saying your return is rejected. This never happened with Amazon. Henceforth I will not buy anything on Ajio.”

“AJIO is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Their customer support team is pathetic and extremely rude – they don’t know how to resolve issues, how to speak to customers, or even take responsibility. Every time you call, they simply talk about policies and ask you to “wait for 48 hours,” but in reality nothing happens. It’s just endless follow-ups with no real action. They deliver wrong products, wrong brands, and when you request a return, they reject it saying it’s a wrong brand – even though the product looks exactly like the images shown on their own app. This is nothing but cheating customers. Very disappointing experience. AJIO is simply frauding people instead of providing genuine service. Avoid this app if you value your money and peace of mind.”

“I have ordered dress worth of 2397 rupees and I didnot like the fitting & material I have return it & pickup is done on 1st august,,but I didnot get refund yet I have submitted by bank statements & sent so many mails & even called up many times regarding refund but unfortunately no response on this issue,,I’m really very disappointed with the service,,I’m fade-up requesting for refund from 26days nobody is taking initiative to resolve this issue.very bad on ur part,your cheating people like this fraud online shopping app,”
