“Don't want to give even a star. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL GUYS!!!!! WON'T BE SUGGESTING THIS APP FOR ONLINE SHOPPING TO OTHERS I ordered a product and received a completely different color. When I tried to request an exchange, the app showed a message saying, “The size you selected is not available at your pin code, so we won’t be able to exchange this product.” But there was only one size option (FS) available when I placed the order — I never selected any other size! Really disappointed with this experience. Instead of fixing their own mistake, they’re making it difficult for customers. Worst experience ever — please be careful before ordering.”

“i am really happy with the customer care service as they were really patient and ready to help new customers. The person on the call was very patient and explained me everything in a very respectful way (which really drove me here to share this experience) Anyways it was really good and now i think i can trust this service.”

“I am not satisfied with specific brand named 'Kidsflower' from Ajio. They sent me wrong product. They show return and exchange available, but after delivery they told that return and exchange are not available on my pincode. To return my product, I did long process and waste my time.”

“I don’t want to give this single star also. Shopping in AJIO was very worst experience for me. I ordered sneaker on 28th may and it shows it’ll delivery on jun 4th but it didn’t. After waited for 10 long days I had a call that they don’t know the exact location which my room was next to a metro station. Then I said cancel the order and I want refund , they said once the product reach warehouse within 5 working days the amount will be refunded. After 15 days I got a notification that refund was successful, but when I checked my account it was never received and today is 7th October.”

“Ordered some other product but received something else. The retur delivery person also did not pick saying it's not same. Total money waste. This product looks like someone stiched after we ordered and with some work meterial. Completely different product. This is the second time with Ajio. First time I received a used product from ith some hair and all.”

“I would have given minus stars for this ajio..bcos they are mentioning return/exchange the item but once delivered it ll show you exchange only not return.if we contact customer care..no proper response...cheaters. And not even one product..four products.”

“This is the worst app, no proper response from customer care as well. I ordered crocs due to size issue I replaced my order but they did not return my product yet and simply opened new cases with no proper resolution.. I have already paid 2.5k 😶😶😶”

“This app is really pathetic as few days back i ordered 3 Tshirts and all had major manufacturing defects and out of those 3 tshirts 1 was completely different then and after returning the product i got to know that i won't get complete refund as they dont return platform fee or convenience fee. This is how this app is earning.”

“I initiated a return for order #[RT 193073592] more than two weeks ago and am still waiting for a pickup. Every day, I get notifications saying "Out for pickup," but no one ever shows up or calls. I've spent hours on the phone with customer care, only to be met with scripted apologies and no real solution. They simply raise a new complaint and extend the date, trapping me in an endless loop. This is completely unacceptable. Ajio, if your "easy returns" process doesn't work, don't advertise it. My money is stuck, and your customer service is unhelpful.”
