“I have ordered dress worth of 2397 rupees and I didnot like the fitting & material I have return it & pickup is done on 1st august,,but I didnot get refund yet I have submitted by bank statements & sent so many mails & even called up many times regarding refund but unfortunately no response on this issue,,I’m really very disappointed with the service,,I’m fade-up requesting for refund from 26days nobody is taking initiative to resolve this issue.very bad on ur part,your cheating people like this fraud online shopping app,”

“Now after seeing others feedback I got to know i m not the first one who has lost money because of Ajio carelessness. I ordered for two suits i got only one but after complaining they said they have delivered the both. This is so shameful. Your team do mistakes but customer has to bear that loss. Very disappointed from Ajio never gonna recommend to anyone”

“Very bad experience and poor customer service. I placed an order on 08/08/25 for which the estimated delivery date was given as 21/08/25. I waited till 22 morning for my product to get delivered. Its my pre paid order. But on 22/08/25 morning, i am getting a message like we have cancelled ur order. Refund is initiated.Sorry for inconvenience. I waited for almost 14 days. Finally they cancelled my order. Such a poor service they provide. Don't buy online in ajio guys.”

“They send things without tag and thanafter harrsing customer for sending this this and this... without tag is not customer fault for safety delivery person open parcel infront of both... Or finding some other way but why u r harrsing genuine customer...”

“The most pathetic service in the world. Never ever buy from this website. It’s a headache to buy stuff from there specially if you want something as per delivery date mentioned. They keep moving forward their delivery date. Every day new delivery date keeps coming. Highly advise people NEVER BUY from here.”

“I was having 2 address saved in Ajio. I ordered for me by selecting my current address, and it delivered on another address, now I want return but there is no option available, worst App I have ever seen Flipkart and myntra are the best shopping apps. They alteast provide us the option to write while chatting with customer service team but in Ajio they don't even provide that, will not recommend to purchase anything from Ajio.”

“This app is now behaving like a fraud. Before I was love to shopping this app. It showing in ad facebook and instagram 199 price to T.shirt and if I open it should be 300 Rs price and they will add transportation charges too.”

“AJIO’s return process was frustrating—my return request was rejected twice without any pickup attempt, and even after collection, I kept getting cancellation messages. I had to do multiple follow-ups with AJIO customer care and their delivery partner Delhivery. A simple process was made horrible due to poor coordination."”

“Very very bad platform to shop.i have ordered on 25 July 25 for wearing on rakhi occasion, on 9 August, firstly they have not dispatched though it was prepaid order, after multiple efforts and followup they finally raised the complaint on 30 July and asked to provide solution on 6 August. But no resolution from their end , to close the raised complaint they cancelled my all orders 5 in number, without informing me at all...pathetic service must be closed with hefty penalty”

“Horrible customer service! Ur executives are way too indecent and have no sense of solving the issues, instead prefer shouting back and hanging up on the customer!!! Very snobbish, not cultured at all n have made me regret shopping from AJIO all these years!!! Have deleted the app from all my family members phones n Il make sure to promote other shopping apps in my extended family too!!! Wow! Also, my mail Id is asked here to know if my review is genuine? “I wanted to give 0 stars, as that’s what AJIO’s service truly deserves. I ordered two products in a single order — one was delivered several days late, and the other was arbitrarily delayed by an additional 10 days without any prior notice. Because the second product hadn’t been delivered, I wasn’t even allowed to raise a return request for the first one. After contacting customer care, they created a cancellation request — but the earliest pickup date is two weeks away, which is unacceptable. Even worse, they refused to cancel the second product since it hadn't been delivered yet. Now I’ll need to call customer care again to initiate a return for the second item once it arrives — an entirely avoidable hassle. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. With such poor service, it’s hard to trust AJIO for online shopping anymore.”
