“hi , i have ordered one dress and received without praice tag and brand name.What i received was not fitting so i wanted to exchange and it dint happend bcoz of no price tag.Is it my mistake ??? okay when i spoke with customer care they suggested me to return but when i requested for return , people who come to pick up the return rejecting bcoz of no tag. i mailed and they asked me to send the photos , they said they will resolve in 48 hours but its 1 month i am waiting. such a worst app and worst response.Really fed up with their behaviour. The quality also poor.”

“My order ID 5558301134 has not been delivered since last 5 days of the initial delivery date. Their delivery partner express bees tells me they have a staff issue and do a self pickup. ajio cannot give me the address for the self pickup. Neelesh yadav, their customer service person is dam rude and dosent know how to talk. Folks, keep away from Ajio.”

“Having very bad experience with Ajio this time, I ordered an item at good price I made the payment but they didn't confirmed the order and initiated refund for no reason. Not able to place the order again the "Place order" Button is disabled. When I highlighted the same to their customer support they're saying technical issue "Not only you'ream facing this issue, there are many other customers." Can't expect this unaccountability from AJIO.”

“I recently ordered a pink suit from AJIO, but to my disappointment, I received a red one instead. Additionally, the size of the suit doesn't fit me at all. I have been tirelessly contacting AJIO customer care and sending numerous emails, but there has been no response regarding the exchange or return of my product. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I hope AJIO takes immediate action to resolve this issue. I would stop using ajio and never recommend anyone.”

“I am bhavin and my order id is Order# FN2371604437(1 Item) Order placed on 21st December 2024 Paid by Cash on Delivery. My product is wrongly dispatched. and already sent email for return and refund with return policy of ajio but no one received respond and call from ajio... very third class services from ajio...”

“I have faced very bad experiences with AJIO I was expecting my order to come it before time what they shown but now they delayed to more few days due to shipping. I called on customer care no one picks I mailed too no replies no response very bad. There is no cancellation process also. Worst company ever AJIO never order from here! I want to travel that’s why I ordered from here but they delayed when I’m not in the city.”

“I had placed an order in AJIO which was marked delayed and postponed for four times. The courier seemed to have been held up at the local office for more than a week. Perhaps they never sent it or may they lost it. I do not know. But when I am asking to cancel the order and refund the amount they are saying that refund can be done only if product is returned to their original warehouse. How is customer responsible for their pathetic courier partners?. The strangest thing I have ever heard of. I wonder if they are intentionally scamming people”

“I had ordered a problem on 28 dec the delivery date was on 3 jan i had done upi payment the delivery was delayed the product i have not received yet today is 12th jan i tried calling the coustomer care giving a complaint on app they say wait for 2 business days and after that Nothin changes pls dont use this app its a total fraud”
