“I ordered the cover to replace a weathered and dirty one - it looks so easy to install but i wanted to wait until the Winter Season past so i will be installing in the Spring i will be sending pictures when i complete the install and will let everyone know how easy it is to install”

“Very disappointed with my cover. Ordered ahead of the summer in March of 22. It's reasonably heavy but the bottom had already started to deteriorate where it touched the ground within a few months. I live in a windy area and was hoping this cover (which I went to a whole lot of trouble with to customize and ask the right questions) did not do the job. Unfortunately they told me that the drawstring option is only available on two sides and when you live in a windy area it needs to be on all four sides so that it really tightens up. They say this is not possible but I don't accept that. They may not have the option but of course it's possible. Anyway because of the lack of tightening ...no matter even if I tried with turtle grips, the whole thing becomes a sail and after spending $1,000 on heavy patio furniture and more than $250 on this cover, the cover had to be removed in heavy winds. Very disappointed considering how much I've spent on the whole project. I am 74 years old and did not want to drag my patio table and chairs which is actually impossible for me from the back yard to the garage at the front. I believe the next step is to get rid of my patio table and chairs and trash the cover.”

Hi Roberta, I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the covers. Yes, PVC will wear out if it is constantly rubbing on the ground. That is true for almost any material. If you would like to reorder in the future please reach out to me directly and I will extend a discount. I would also recommend that if you do reorder that the cover should be slightly off of the ground so it does not rub/scrape. That should solve any wear issues. matt@alcocovers.com

“I just received my custom cover for my outdoor kitchen. This cover was by no means a simple cookie cutter cover. While working with Alco we worked together to ensure the measurements were accurate. Working with Monica was a pleasure. As a result I have a cover that fits great and looks good.”

They were incredibly responsive when I had questions about the ordering process and were careful about making sure they received all the measurements they needed. “Alco was able to help me with a custom cover for my outdoor kitchen grill and counter. They shipped me a cover but two of the sides came out short. I contacted them and explained the issue by sending them pictures of the error. They immediately responded and quickly shipped a replacement with the correct dimensions. Excellent customer service and product! Highly recommended, especially if you need a custom cover.”

“Durability and quality. Use the measurement guide as described in the instructions. On my first order (4 years ago) I didn't use it for the fire pit. I used the instructions for the chairs and couch and the covers fit perfectly!!!!! Yes, I have booked marked the website but not sure if the current covers will ever wear out!”

“I ordered a custom cover for firepit. Came on time and fits perfectly. Unlike the covers I buy yearly for my grill, this cover is going on 5 years and still in very good shape. So you pay a little more up front, but it lasts years longer than the ones on Amazon. I ordered 2 more of these for my son and daughter who have the same firepit and they are lasting great. During summer months the cover is in 8 hours of sunlight.”

“Just shy of a 5 star rating. My only complaint is that I did not receive an email confirmation from ALCO after placing my order. When I inquired 1 week later, they indicated the cover was in production. I received the order on time and in good packaging. And the cover fits perfectly. It was a difficult item to manufacture (pull behind pig cooker) but I provided them every measurement possible to ensure it would be a good fit. ALCO delivered a fine product that should give me years of protection.”

“Will give them a 0 star if I could for lack of customer service and clarity in quotes. They get you excited during the original conversations, send you a quote and give you a 2-3 weeks lead time which turns out to be 4-5 weeks as the covers come from Pakistan. They are not clear in the way they quote which makes it hard on newbies when it comes to outdoor covers. Placed a partial order for what I thought were full size covers and received top covers.”

“Ordered a custom cover, approved the design verbally, and via email, told it was a 2-3 week lead time, a month went by so I emailed and asked about the status of my cover and I was sent back a dwg to approve for production, so it sat for 4 weeks with no movement in the company, no emails, no phone calls, they took my money day 1, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I would NOT recommend to anyone for anything”

“Cover works. Somewhat difficult for me to put on, but I think a stronger person would have been able to have accomplished it more easily. My only complaint is that there was a communication issue with emails not being received, but all turned out ok, though cover arrived much later than expected. Company tried to rectify by sending it Fedex. I appreciate their efforts.”

“Quick turnaround time for a custom cover and the only company I found willing to make a custom one for our L shaped sectional. Ours is a bit unusual since the corner has a pair of 45 degree angles to make the 90 degree turn. The process of taking measurements and working with their team gave a good sense that the cover would be a good fit. Having received it I am happy to say the cover is a perfect fit and it’s clear from the seams that it was a complicated cover to manufacture. We went with the heaviest material they offered and while it might have been a bit of overkill, I’m sure this cover will far outlast the previous one we purchased which had a less durable material at a higher price which we from the store where we purchased the sectional and it did not fit anywhere nearly as well as this one. Only thing perhaps worth noting is the cover is fabricated in/shipped from Afghanistan. So, if you order one, don’t be surprised when you get notifications from DHL saying your package from Afghanistan is arriving soon.”
