“The toolbox cover was made to specifications and fits very well. Durable material, easy on, easy off. Very worth the price. There was a slight delay in regards to receiving the item; unbeknownst o me the cover was being shipped from another country… the packaging perhaps suggested an item that was deemed a security risk. As a result, the package eventually did arrive albeit with numerous government safety stickers adhered to it. The package was a hit with all the older tenants in my building; they thought that perhaps I was an international Man of Intrigue.”

“I had three issues with the custom cover: - The zipper was broken on the pouch that the cover arrived in. I had to cut the pouch open. - The measurements provided should have left a hole for the spigot. - The Velcro opening should have been in the front (rather than the back) to allow easy access to change the filter cartridges. I called the company prior to ordering because I was concerned that the cover wouldn't be supported properly since the water filtration system is attached to a wall. I was told that this was done all the time and not to worry about it. I also explained that there is a water spigot on the front of the water softener that I needed to be able to access. The measurements I provided left space for that opening. I assumed the Velcro opening would be in the front. The website indicated that the Velcro would allow for easy opening. I have to change the water filter periodically. Because there is no opening in the front, I have to remove the cover completely to change the water filter. I provided detailed pictures with measurements. I asked the representative to contact me if there were any questions, The cover arrived and couldn't be used properly since there is no hole for the water spigot and the Velcro opening is in the back against the wall. I emailed the company and was told that this was all my fault. My emails asking if there was anything they could do to help me were ignored. My friend bought the same water filtration unit and planned to purchase a cover from ALCO covers. I have advised him to purchase the cover from another company. Since the water filtration system with cover had to be approved by my HOA, I have provided the HOA my required review advising them not to recommend this company to any resident for any type of covers.”

“We purchased a custom sized heavy duty cover for our outdoor fire pit. It very quickly and fit perfectly. It has been thru some very bad weather during the past three seasons and has held up extremely well. I'm really impressed with the quality and reasonable price. I would certainly buy this product again if/when my current cover wears out.”

“I ordered a swing cover in 2021, received it in August but did not put on my swing until spring. When I put the swing cover on the zipper was in the wrong place. I then reached out to customer service to rectify the situation. they replaced my cover with the zipper in the correct spot. I am extremely happy with my swing cover, excellent quality and it will last for at least a decade or more. Thanks for all your help Jed.”

“I had large outdoor BBQ grill setup that required a custom cover. They asked for pictures from front, back and sides. I sent the pictures, and they sent the pictures back with colored lines and labels overlaying everything they wanted me to measure. My grill had some irregular features, so it amounted to around 15 measurements. A few weeks later, my custom grill cover arrived, and it fit perfectly. The cover seems rugged and has a nice zipper to make it easier to put on and off. I would use them again.”

“Despite an unexpected seam in a 60” wide fire pit cover, the quality is very good. I suggested two things to the excellent customer service agent I had: 1) Note in availability of products on your order form that for widths greater than 48”. A seam will occur. Also, place seam in center, not 48” on a 60” piece. That is, halfway at 30”. 2) Offer a Forrest Green option. Last, my post office seemed to have a problem with the source packaging-Pakistan.”

“Very happy with my Gun Safe cover order through ALCO, which fits and displays perfectly! The order process was simple to follow in making sure you get the measurements correct, the material type and color that you prefer. Everything arrived quickly and correct. The cost of manufacturing to get a cover that is correct and built to last is definitely worth it. I will definitely recommend their service and use them again for any future covers I may need.”

“I ordered a custom fit cover for my rowing machine and I am extremely happy with the product! ALCO did a superb job creating a cover that fit the dimensions of my rower, based on all of the measurements that I provided. Also, as they stated, they provided a bit of extra room for the cover to drape over so it's not too tight. Besides this, the material is very high quality and durable. I think the pricing is very reasonable. In addition, customer service was great! Since it was custom made to order, it took a bit longer than typical products, and Regine was very responsive to my questions about status updates and delivery. Overall, i highly recommend this company!”

“I purchased this cover for my Behlen stock tank, which is popular for, and I use as, an ice recovery / ice bath through the Wim Hof Method. (I had been covering it with a tarp secured around the perimeter by two large bungee cords.) I ordered the cover with the zipper. The order was thorough, requesting a variety of measurements. Both the cover and zipper are well-made; the cover fits like a loose glove. As I'm in a warm west coast climate, I will be adding insulation around the tank, and the cover will fit snugly and contribute to extending a cooler bath temperature. Highly recommended as a protection for the variety of stock tanks for which Alco provides custom covers.”

“Needed a new 6' high Pizza Oven Cover. Couldn't find my brand anywhere so I tried Alco. Provided the measurements as requested and everything came out perfect. Plus, the material is way better/stronger then the original one that came with the oven. Highly recommend.”
