“I ordered a cover for my fire pit. It has an odd shape, but I measured exactly how I was instructed to. A few weeks later the cover arrived and fit perfectly. Easy process, heavy duty and attractive. This is a great service.”

“After our initial purchase a few years ago of a cover the fire pit we saw the great quality and value in these covers. So, we added 7 more cover to complete the deck furniture coverings. Yes, you can get cheaper stuff at a box store and replace it every 1-2 years. Or, just send in some simple measurements and have perfectly fitted covers that will last a long, long time. Regine was the contact for a few measurement verifications, every cover came out perfect!!!”

“The Alco team was super responsive when I found a miscalculation on my first sectional cover. They worked with me to understand the complex angles in my piece and did a great job with the replacement. The lesson learned is to be very specific with measurements and over dimensions. The workmanship and materials are top notch!”

“Customer service was awesome. I had a custom cover made for a curved love seat. Sent in my measurements. They sent back questions . After several rechecks on both ends we got a perfect fitting cover. I highly recommend this company and will use them again!”

“Great cover for our recumbent bicycle! We could not find an affordable cover that would work until we found your terrific company. We filled out the template, and Regine contacted us repeatedly with questions from the manufacturing team for any details that needed to be made clear so that our cover would be perfect, and it is! Wonderful product and terrific customer service👍🏻”

“We couldn’t be happier with our cover. Our outdoor sectional was not your typical shape but we filled out the template anyway. Company came back and asked some follow up questions. Cover came today and fits perfect. Material is solid and waterproof. Best purchase in awhile. Thx for your help and speedy delivery”

“I had new patio furniture with a unique layout. I was impressed with the reviews and the wide array of customization options for the Alco covers. Unfortunately although great quality, the covers received did not meet the dimensions ordered. I contacted customer service and they helped to resolve the issue and eventually get new covers to the correct dimensions ordered. The new covers were fabricated and shipped with no additional charge and work great. I have nothing but praise for the product and thank you to Jed for the customer service!”

“I ordered a customized grill cover for My kamado Joe grill that I built into a table and I was worried about leaving it out in the weather and how I was gonna protect it from the elements...Lets just say ALCO showed out on this one..No doubt I will use them for other applications in the future...great team of people to work with and this cover absolutely fit like a Glove...Highly recommended.”

“The cover fits like a glove for my porch swing! Quality seems much better than other covers I have ordered in the past. I ordered the velcro which facilitates putting it on and off. Be sure to measure according to diagram shown. I didn't but luckily I did send a photo and sales person asked for confirmation which saved me from making a mistake. I would recommend this cover.”

“The ordering process was very detailed as we wanted a tailored cover for our pizza oven. Monica was great to work with. She was very responsive as we went back and forth during the design process. I received prompt replies to my various design requests. The designer’s mock up sketch design was perfect. Customer service was exceptional. We just received the cover very shortly after the older was made. It is extremely well made and fits our large pizza oven perfectly. The price of the cover was exceptionally good considering the tailored design and quality. We have recommended Alco to others. I will certainly order from them in the future. I highly recommend Alco Custom Covers.”
