“I placed an order for a standardized cover with a customization request on the opening to the cover. I tried to explain it the best that I could, and I sent a basic sketch for the customization. The communication was lackluster and so was the turnaround time. Their quoted turnaround time is definitely way too short. After the quoted time passed (and then some), when I had heard nothing on my order, I called, they did not answer, they responded back to me within a day or two, and they said it is in process. Another week or so later, I called again, they picked up the phone, and it was the same story. Another week or so later, I got the order in the mail. They have a lot to improve upon with customer communication, accurate turnaround estimates, and shorter turnaround times. The product itself is very impressive. The quality of the cover material is definitely above my expectations. The seams are sewn with high quality work and I can tell the cover will outlast my use for it (probably decades). The customization of the opening was perfect and exactly what I asked for. They understood my request down to the smallest detail. So, overall, I am happy that I went with this company and the product is stellar. It was definitely worth the delays and the wait. I just wish they would have been honest about the turnaround time and that they had communicated the processing better to me, especially with the extended delays.”

“My experience was as good as could be expected! Jed stayed in contact with me throughout the process. I even upgraded the order for a heavier vinyl. No problem. Monica took care of the upgrade, and Jed handled the rest. Couldn't be happier with the cover for my DeWalt air compressor. Fit was perfect.”

“I was gifted a competition bbq smoker. It was stored under a shed, which I do not have. I ordered a custom Acove from Alco Covers. I sent in the dimensions and type of cover I would need to withstand the elements. I received the cover as I requested and it is fantastic! The material is very weather durable and fits right over the smoker which is 6ftx3ftx3ft. I am contemplating ordering a customized cover for my offset smoker. I will definitely recommend Alco to family and friends.”

“My experience with ALCO was great. They communicated very well, clarified measurements to get exactly what they needed, delivered in a very reasonable time, and made a fantastic product. I had one issue with my order but they were great with communicating and fixing that issue after the order.”

“I ordered a cover for my outdoor gas firepit from Alcocovers. The order request was very detailed and precise on measurements it requested. When delivered it fit perfectly and the material is high quality. The last cover I ordered from another company was very tight fitting and after a short period could not easily get it on because the material shrank and eventually fell apart. Very happy with the quality of this cover. Thanks.”

“If you need a customer cover this is the only place to go. Just received my 4th item cover and it fits like a glove. Have many material and color options to chose from and they have an excellent way to obtain your measurements. The illustration they send you with where they want the measurements leaves nothing for chance. If your measurements are correct your cover will fit. I had a cover made for my CNC plasma table gantry that had a very odd shape. Their cover fits great. You won't be disappointed.”

“Gotta give these guys at Alcocovers a 5 star! I had a custom cover made for an outdoor Custom Pizza station I had built, and worked over email with the Alco team on dimensions, these guys were so diligent.. The cover arrived, it fit like a glove, the quality was fantastic, and the price was reasonable! I am now looking at other items in my backyard for covers. Would use these guys again and would highly recommend!! Thank you Bill”

“Extremely well made, very durable, and it fits the outdoor sofa perfectly! Little bit of a blip with delivery, but the folks at ALCO got it straightened out asap and the cover arrived a few days later. Even followed up months later to see if I was satisfied. “Super heavy duty. 1000 times better than the original factory Snap-On cover and it was cheaper. Shipping was fast and customer was amazing to help with the custom order. The cover came in is own little reusable bag.”
