“I'm revising my earlier negative review, which was related to delays and poor communication. After becoming aware of the situation (because of the review here), Aleko was very proactive in contacting me to resolve the situation and expedite shipping of my sauna. I'm happy with the outcome, and with the product so far (it's not installed yet, but seems to be a good value). It was just about 4 weeks from placing the order to receiving the product. Only four stars, because Aleko should have done a better job of communicating with me regarding shipment delays... but they came through in the end!”
