“I called in to learn more about their sauna's and spoke with Irena who insanely friendly, informative, and outright amazing! She was able to answer all of my questions and a few I hadn't thought of! “I went through 3 installers. One of which was a well known Houston Awning Co. When awning is extended, it is only about 2-3 feet above deck. Pitch has been adjusted. I ordered legs to try to support awning. They are to extended and should lock to desired length. Well they do not lock and now this 71 yr old must try to gerryrig these things. Kare Hardin”
