“There are several homeowners in our community who have bought your outdoor window awnings. Some green, some burgundy, some blue. They have added a quaint dimension to our townhouses and made them look cozy. Besides that, they have added much needed shade to our windows during the heat of the day. “The box was delivered with a huge hole in one end. All of the hardware, including brackets, was missing. When I called to get the hardware sent, I was told the hardware couldn’t be expedited without a cost to us. Now, we are delayed at least another week before being able to mount our awning.”

“Bars are bent out of shape, directions are not clear. Food and water dish both broken. Box was torn on arrival. Too hard to reach the bottom of the cage because both doors are on top. All in all not a great product”
