“Communication was horrible. I could not get any straight answers via email, chat, or phone about how much the gate weighed and what the packages weighed. The freight driver could barely manage the box containing the box containing the gate panels because it was too wobbly to keep on the wheels. Another crate broke open. The largest crate said not to use a forklift. How was this 300-pound package to be managed? The local Brownie Troop was too busy selling cookies to come to my house to help. I think the gate will be what we wanted, but I am still not sure I have all of the parts.”

“The colors changed names and cause a little confusion. I ordered Ivory, which was apparently changed to Beige, but when the swatch came, it was actually Sand colored. But I asked the rep to make the switch which he did.”

“Purchased chain motor sliding gate for my home a few years ago for a fraction of the price I was quoted by a couple local installers. Still working as well as it did the day it was installed. Further, when I've needed a part, Aleko has been great on the customer support end.”
