“If I could give zero stars, unfortunately I would. My boss sent me a link to a post aleko had about a drywall sander, and the post said if it was still up, they still had it. Well I went to go pick it up, and was told they didn’t have it. I checked their website which also had a drywall sander on it that said available. That was my first experience and it will be my last. It’s frustrating because I wasted my time and traveled a good distance to get there and made sure to be there as soon as they opened. My suggestion would be that whoever is in charge of posting is on top of making sure to take down posts as soon as something sells!”

“The price was great, but the tarp is a little shorter than the size mentioned, which makes a little harder to install, but other than that I am satisfied with my purchase.”

“The first wireless keypad worked fine for a couple of years but then stopped working, so two years isn't great longevity. but ALEKO stocked replacement and it arrived in a timely manner and worked right out of the box, after it was programmed.”

“Just like the anchor polls, the awning cover did not fit. No matter how much I pulled on it, it would not fit over the awning. In order to make it fit I had to cut open one of the seams at the end. It would also be better to have more ties added to the cover. I had to have something to cover the awning before the rain and snow hit so I improvised with what was sent. Not an ideal situation at all!”

“I have had many issues with your service department over the past 6 months. I had electrical issues with the automatic gate opener and the wand for opening the gate on exit. When I had my electrician on location to help solve the issues, we could never get your service tech to work together...we had to wait 24 hours for a response, when my electrician was gone...the remote Fab works only 85%, the key pad entry system takes 3-4 entries to open,very inconsistant..it would be nice to get a service tech that we could work with to solve these issues.... alan rosenblum 315-796-3237”
