“1. I returned the gate order that I purchased directly though Alekoproducts.com and was told I would be charged the shipping fee, which I agreed to, and would be refunded the total of the gate minus the shipping fee. Completely fair. However I was credited the shipping fee. Complete opposite of what should have happened. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. To get this rectified. 2. Gate post that comes with the gate is set in concrete, but is not thick enough to prevent deflection in the post when hanging the gate on the post. The post is plumb/level and square and set in 10 bags of concrete. The actual steel is deflecting half way up the post. The post is set 3 feet into the ground. The gate is the 16 foot prague gate. I bought it though homedepot for 700 cheaper than directly through alekoproducts.com which is the gate I am returning to save my client money. I own a welding company, and thought it would be faster to use your 4x4 post since it is already powered coated and has the riveted top on it. But due to it not being at least 1/4" wall thickness or heavier, I had to reinforce it with additional steel plate. That is being cheap on your side. The gate design looks nice, but heavier wall posts are needed to perform this job adequately. Over building is under rated. The deflection is only on the hinge post, due to the weight of the gate. Please consider charging more for proper posts that can do the job adequately, so additional time isn't needed to fix weak posts.”

“Aleko CP1020N Car Canopy I purchased an Aleko Car Canopy and ended up having an issue after about 6 months. I was unhappy and gave Aleko and the 10x 20 Car Canopy a poor review. Aleko read my review and reached out to me in an attempt to remedy my situation. The company stepped up to the plate and replaced the defective part at no cost to m which causes me to leave this updated review. Few companies of this size reach out to their customers and make things right. Aleko did so and here we are. Because of their customer service I purchased several more items with them and am now a happy customer. I recommend doing business with a company with this level of integrity. Danny Ledbetter”

“We were very disappointed in the product we purchased. We only had it for 2 years and had problems from the very beginning! When it just went out, it was not easy to get support. Sent us wrong part and then basically said there was no part to fix it and we had to buy another gate opener. I’m surprised that it didn’t last longer or that at least it would be covered for more than 2 years. We barely missed the window and since it’s my mom’s main security, it has delayed us even more trying to work with your company.”

“Right out ot the box , there was a striped wood screw that was sticking out of the transum ,noticed it soon as top was opened. You mean to tell me the person putting it into the shipping box did not notice the screw sticking out ? Then after inflated noticed rubber strip around dinghy was a little unglued at top half . After 3rd day of use installed hand line snapped in half when grabbed to pull ashore .Now i know this is not the top of the line , but for the price i figure there should have been a lot more quality control . i am hoping to get at least two years out of this dinghy then make a step up in size . At this time i do not see myself making anymore purchases from Aleko .”
