“We received our awning material in two shipments and only the extra parts were included with the actual awning. I had to call to get the part we need. While the person on the phone was very polite and said she would call the warehouse and get everything shipped, that was on Monday (it's not Friday). So I'm going to have to call again. Why would any company to a shipment without the hardware to put the awning up?”

“The item I ordered was out of stock and not expected in for at least 6 weeks. Aleko just called and offered me a different model at the same price and said they will ship it by Monday. Can't ask for more than that. Oh, and their product did not fail but was broken by a careless user. Rand Hall”

“These sauna stones are great. Perfect size for smaller size stoves. The box/packaging didn't hold up during shipping. Box arrived torn open and at least 7lbs of rocks were missing. Update: A few hours after leaving this review, I received a call from Aleko customer service. There were apologetic about the damage during delivery. They offered to send replacements as soon as these stones are back in stock. I know they can't control what happens during transit and really appreciate them going to this effort to make sure I'm satisfied with the order. If/when the replacement stone arrive, I will certainly update this review to 5 stars. 2nd Update: Replacement stones just arrived. Thanks ALEKO! Great customer service.”

“We ordered a 13x8 ft awning fiber the box was labeled 13x8 ft. We opened the box the awning fiber was 12 ft 2in. We called Aleko and the person who we talked to was absolutely no help whatsoever so we are stuck putting up a awning that is 10 inches too short. We will not order from your company again the order number is 10468105 Wayne Waibel”

“I was VERY disappointed in the way my 3 packages arrived. Boxes were all torn up, who knows if parts were missing, and when I opened them, the parts looked used or just not the best quality. I instantly contacted customer support to show them how they arrived and it didn't seem to bother them. They said I could send back or use it and if parts were missing then they would send those. I figured fine, I will attempt this. There was no packaging slip, no instructions, and no part and quantity list. I had no clue how to put together nor if I was missing parts. I notified customer service that I wanted to return and expected ME to pay for shipping on these 3 heavy boxes. I emailed them back stating that this was their fault that I'm returning and I will not pay for shipping so they sent me labels and told me that I had to return all parts in the ORIGINAL boxes. May I remind you that these boxes were missing cardboard and all tore up. I put all parts back in the boxes, added cardboard from some boxes I had laying around my house, and had to buy a TON of packaging take so I could take the entire box of all 3. I had to find a ground Fedex to accept them because of the way they looked I couldn't take them to our normal Fedex location. I did get my full refund and that is why I gave 2 stars. I will not be purchasing from this company again.”

“Do not buy, multiple issues with this product! I had it up for less than 24 hours and due to weather it already is falling apart! Three panels came off in the wind!!!!!!! The cheap plastic piece for the curtains that they recommended I buy do not hold, on the picture it shows hooks which these are definitely not, I am missing four pieces but we’re able to buy them from a local store but that isn’t the point! The product also has scratches all over from shipping. This product was put together why three people; myself, my FIL and my Dad, we followed all directions, it says that it can with stand wind up to 45 mph our wind was only 25 mph today and look..... what happened! I am honestly so disappointed! Such a crappy product to receive as my 30th birthday gift! Customer service is no help, they tell you to email and create a case and never call back!”
