“So far we love it! Takes longer than it says to reach the set temp especially in cold weather so if we want to use it in evening we turn the temp up in the AM. Normally we set it at 100 to reduce electricity use. We also bought an inflatable bladder to put on top (under the provided soft lid) to prevent the pooling of rain water which then cools down the tub when not in use. Helps to insulate. Also we put a foam base beneath the tub to help insulate and protect from any sharp bits that could be on the ground. Oh lastly the filter that needs to be changed Or cleaned every 180 hours— will start beeping incessantly and the heater will turn off until you change it/reset it. So we just set a date and time weekly for the filter care to prevent that from happening. So far so good!! Well worth the $$ as long as it lives a season or two!”

“After ordering the part and received the conformation, they sent an email that we do not have the part, if you want a comparable part you have to pay more or wait 2 months. After I talked to the tech, it turned out that this was the exact part they just wanted to get more money to fulfill the original obligation. At the time of Pandemic it is not a good idea to lie to your customer, especially for a chines based company.”

“I absolutely love this play yard, it is perfect for my medium sized dog! It was an alternative to a permanent fence for us. I ordered two of them. One for my lake house and one for my permanent residence. It’s sturdy and easy to put together. As far as the quality goes, So far so good!”

“I ordered the 10 x 20 awning, the directions were less than desirable. Hard to follow, and some steps were left out. When programming the remote a whole set of steps was left out. Very happy with the awning under outside and got the issue with the remote resolved by talking to the tech.”

“This company is absolutely horrible at communication and customer service. Impossible to get thru to. Yesterday I asked about the products to replace the ones that are now failing and I specifically asked if they were in stock. They flat out lied to me. They said it would be here in 3 to 5 days. Today they email me, not call and say its back ordered. I emailed back and asked them to call me so I would be on terminal hold. Instead I get yet another ticket email.Absolutely horrible company on every level”

“Worst customer service I ever received in my entire life. This company commits fraud and theft and is wrongfully stealing my money. I will warn everyone - never do business with Aleko - it is a criminal organization and fraudulent company. Would give zero stars if I could. The worst experience I've ever had in my life with a purchase. I am going to be filing a class action lawsuit against Aleko. This is theft, Aleko is stealing my money and I will let everyone know”

“Cool and sturdy awnings at a lower price than other brands. Assembly Material is heavy duty and well constructed. Aleko has color, sizes and motorized selections. If getting a motorized like I did, buying the sun/wind sensor is a must. Same sensor can work up to 20ea. motors. All awnings can be damaged when high win is present; if you install one of these sensors, not only they will automatically close if high win is detected but they will also automatically open back out if no wind and still sunny. Additionally, this sensor will close them in the evening and open them back out in the morning when the sun is present. Real cool accessory to have.”
