Everything ordered was delivered fast. The product was described right on. Love this company.

I ordered the 10 x 20 awning, the directions were less than desirable. Hard to follow, and some steps were left out. When programming the remote a whole set of steps was left out. Very happy with the awning under outside and got the issue with the remote resolved by talking to the tech.

I had questions and used their chat to ask before my initial purchase. Chat responses were slow and it turns put I got misinformation and my order didn't fit. I was pleased with the return process, however. Full refund, timely, free return shipping label. They were also fast on shipping initial and replacement products. Product is as expected.

This company is absolutely horrible at communication and customer service. Impossible to get thru to. Yesterday I asked about the products to replace the ones that are now failing and I specifically asked if they were in stock. They flat out lied to me. They said it would be here in 3 to 5 days. Today they email me, not call and say its back ordered. I emailed back and asked them to call me so I would be on terminal hold. Instead I get yet another ticket email.Absolutely horrible company on every level

Delivery time took too long. At check out I was told an earlier date. Once I received confirmation, it was a week later. Also, no instructions so it took me sometime to assemble. Let’s just say thank goodness for you tube!

Worst customer service I ever received in my entire life. This company commits fraud and theft and is wrongfully stealing my money. I will warn everyone - never do business with Aleko - it is a criminal organization and fraudulent company. Would give zero stars if I could. The worst experience I've ever had in my life with a purchase. I am going to be filing a class action lawsuit against Aleko. This is theft, Aleko is stealing my money and I will let everyone know

Cool and sturdy awnings at a lower price than other brands. Assembly Material is heavy duty and well constructed. Aleko has color, sizes and motorized selections. If getting a motorized like I did, buying the sun/wind sensor is a must. Same sensor can work up to 20ea. motors. All awnings can be damaged when high win is present; if you install one of these sensors, not only they will automatically close if high win is detected but they will also automatically open back out if no wind and still sunny. Additionally, this sensor will close them in the evening and open them back out in the morning when the sun is present. Real cool accessory to have.

Very satisfied, the backorder items came within the expected timeframe and the chain link fence was exactly as described. The only minor hiccup is ups lost one of my packages( no fault of aleko ) the company made this right though and sent me the replacement roll I was missing, excellent customer service right there!

I looked and looked and found that this was one of the few that I could put next to my house without having any fencing on the house side making it 10 X 20 X 10. My dog goes out my sliding glass door pet door into the playpen.

My last order was a disappointment I was expecting pop-up canopies and these were put together piece by piece and it was going to cost me more to send them back then I paid for them so I guess I’m stuck with them unless you can offer me free shipping back do you

I have to give you a mixed review. Between September 24, 2020 and October 8, I ordered: --Fabric swatches for awnings to check the color --Awning 10X8, white frame, "Sand" color --Two extra mounting brackets --A second awning - same as first. I had several minor fulfillment issues. The delivered first awning color did not match the swatch color. Many phone calls later, I accepted that there was nothing they could do about it. As it turned out, the "Sand" color of the first awning looks good, even though it is not the shade on the swatch. I installed that first awning and ordered a second one to go SIDE-BY-SIDE with the first. Being burned once, I really spoke at length about how important it was that the second order exactly matched the first kit's fabric color. I was given assurances that there would be no difference. That second 10X8 was temporarily lost in shipment by FedEx, but it finally arrived four days late. Not your fault, and no big deal. This week, I assembled and hung it, going past dark before I finished. Today, in daylight, I discovered that the color, material, and finish details don't match the first one I hung. Since they are on the same wall, just 5 or 6 inches apart, the contrast is very noticeable. Now I will have to take down one awning, disassemble it and start from scratch, swapping the fabric, and re-mounting it. A lot or extra work, which I did my due diligence to avoid before placing the second order. (This assumes that you can come up with a properly matching awning and valance fabric package). If not, I will have wasted 20-30 hours of work. Please make this right for me. I like the awning product. The price is fine. The quality seems okay. I hope to complete this project soon, but the color issue is a show stopper. ********************************************* Shortly before receiving this Satisfaction Survey, I sent an email to Customer Support, which I have copied and pasted following. ********************************************* Subject: My two awning fabrics don't match Hello: I have just completing the (difficult) installation of two 10X8 awnings (white bar) with Sand fabric. Now that they are up in the daylight, I can see that the two fabrics don't match. One is tan. The other is more peach-colored. Subtle but noticeable, even from the street, fifty feet away. Also, the peachy one clearly passes more light through (thinner material?). And just to prove that these are different manufacturing, the tan one has 11 scallops on the valance. The peach one has 13 scallops and less straight area on the two ends. While I really dread the thought of taking one back down, disassembling everything, and starting from scratch, I can't leave them unmatched as they are. If you can send me a tan set of awning and valance (11 scallops and better fabric) I will re-do that awning. Friday night I was so proud and happy to be finished. But now this. Ouch! Thank you.
