My last order was a disappointment I was expecting pop-up canopies and these were put together piece by piece and it was going to cost me more to send them back then I paid for them so I guess I’m stuck with them unless you can offer me free shipping back do you

I have to give you a mixed review. Between September 24, 2020 and October 8, I ordered: --Fabric swatches for awnings to check the color --Awning 10X8, white frame, "Sand" color --Two extra mounting brackets --A second awning - same as first. I had several minor fulfillment issues. The delivered first awning color did not match the swatch color. Many phone calls later, I accepted that there was nothing they could do about it. As it turned out, the "Sand" color of the first awning looks good, even though it is not the shade on the swatch. I installed that first awning and ordered a second one to go SIDE-BY-SIDE with the first. Being burned once, I really spoke at length about how important it was that the second order exactly matched the first kit's fabric color. I was given assurances that there would be no difference. That second 10X8 was temporarily lost in shipment by FedEx, but it finally arrived four days late. Not your fault, and no big deal. This week, I assembled and hung it, going past dark before I finished. Today, in daylight, I discovered that the color, material, and finish details don't match the first one I hung. Since they are on the same wall, just 5 or 6 inches apart, the contrast is very noticeable. Now I will have to take down one awning, disassemble it and start from scratch, swapping the fabric, and re-mounting it. A lot or extra work, which I did my due diligence to avoid before placing the second order. (This assumes that you can come up with a properly matching awning and valance fabric package). If not, I will have wasted 20-30 hours of work. Please make this right for me. I like the awning product. The price is fine. The quality seems okay. I hope to complete this project soon, but the color issue is a show stopper. ********************************************* Shortly before receiving this Satisfaction Survey, I sent an email to Customer Support, which I have copied and pasted following. ********************************************* Subject: My two awning fabrics don't match Hello: I have just completing the (difficult) installation of two 10X8 awnings (white bar) with Sand fabric. Now that they are up in the daylight, I can see that the two fabrics don't match. One is tan. The other is more peach-colored. Subtle but noticeable, even from the street, fifty feet away. Also, the peachy one clearly passes more light through (thinner material?). And just to prove that these are different manufacturing, the tan one has 11 scallops on the valance. The peach one has 13 scallops and less straight area on the two ends. While I really dread the thought of taking one back down, disassembling everything, and starting from scratch, I can't leave them unmatched as they are. If you can send me a tan set of awning and valance (11 scallops and better fabric) I will re-do that awning. Friday night I was so proud and happy to be finished. But now this. Ouch! Thank you. I ordered a privacy fence cover in June and never received it after many months. I called multiple times and was disconnected by the automated system. I called for a refund finally in Sept and was told it would be refunded within 14 business days but I am calling in again in October because I still haven't received a refund. I was transferred to a supervisor and call was disconnected. Worst place ever.

This is the worst company ever to return a product. I returned an unopened window awning in 9/2 which they received back on 9/4 waited allowing them time to do refund and it still has not happen today 10/5. First call they said they didn’t have it. Gave them the tracking information and then they said it was purchased thru Wayfair and gave me a number to call but it wasn’t so called them back and they were going to issue a refund and supposedly I spoke with a manager and he did it himself right then a week and 1/2 later still no refund called was told it was never processed and that no one I had spoken to was a manager and Tashina could not find a manager for me to complain to. she stated it will be issued within 3 to 5 days. Really. It was paid with PayPal and they do not take that long to process if Aleko would do their job.

I ordered an 8 x 10 awning fabric kit. It's 4 inches too wide and the spline cord are too large to fit in one of your 2012 awnings. I called on Friday 9/25/2020. The person that answered said they would call me back but here it is Tuesday the 29th. Not one call back or email like I was promised. This is not customer service at all.

Super happy with my first purchase from aleko which was the 13.8 inflatable boat. My second purchase was the 8.5 inflatable and I’m not nearly as happy I can’t get the thing to keep air in it it’s driving me nuts the rear left tube..... I checked the valve but that seems to work fine I dunno maybe leaking from a seam? Has been inflated and then put onto the top of my cruiser I own up here in Alaska. Has never been used.

Nice Tub. Had a problem with the heating unit 2 days after I got it. Service Department sent me a new unit with a link showing how to put the new one in. Took about an hour and a half. Has been working great ever since. Without the problem I would have given it 5 stars.

Bought from Home Depot, all parts are mixed up and missing some oh them are damaged,have to return to Home Depot. Got 4 post instead of 3 but V track rail is missing, 2 Side Roller with Bracket for Sliding Rolling Gate - 12-Inch missing, hardware damaged, no set up tools included, bought a Steel Sliding Driveway Gate but received parts for Dual Swing and Dual Swing with chip and crack paint and damaged hinge J-bolts. Instead of order expensive parts and wait for delivery that might take a month I have to return to store for my own expenses and forget for the money paid for deliver to my house. Unfortunately bad experience!

Ordered the 16 panel 4-ft high fence with 2 gates. It arrived in a few days, packed well to prevent scrapes. We assembled it around a wooded area in our yard for our special needs cat. Assembly is easy, although with the ground very uneven and a small rise, it took a little more time and patience. This is a simple assembly on level ground and a nice pet pen.
