Our free shipping means our shipping department is provided with the option to choose the carrier and takes 3-5 business days. When paying for FedEx Home Delivery this will still take 3-5 business days, but ensures you will have your product delivered by FedEx. I ordered and paid for a gate opening sensor. They sent me a tracking number then didn't send me the product. They told me the product was actually out of stock and would take at least two months to get. After four months with no word from them I called and they said it would take another six months. They then offered me a whole 5% off on a replacement that wasn't as good for $50 more.

I received the shipment of the 20 x 10 foot Walk-in Chicken Coop missing five 1815 mm tubes. I notified Aleko and was emailed that the missing parts were being sent via FedEx. I contacted Aleko asking if I could order additional 940 mm tubes to increase the coop height since it shorter than expected per the picture of the coop. I plan on using the coop for my peafowl which need the height. The representative told me they could not order additional parts. This is surprising in hindsight because I received a call after the email from Aleko stating they did not have the missing parts in stock and the parts had to be ordered. I have sent an additional message addressing my request to order an additional 12 x 940 mm tubes via Aleko chat online on June 23rd and have yet to get a response. At this point I am frustrated and at a standstill with a coop that cannot be fully assemble to use. I still hope I am able to order the parts needed to enhance the coop for my intended use. Hello, Thank you for you feedback! I do apologize about all inconveniences this has caused. Unfortunately we do not sell these parts separately and it will only come with the kit. We are able to provide these parts as a replacement as it falls under warranty but we are unable to sell them separately. Did not receive all the parts for my item purchase. Had to wait an additional two weeks on top of the three weeks promised for delivery.

I ordered a 10 X 10 dog kennel and it was missing parts. When I called customer service the lady told me I had to email them what my missing parts were, it’s very inconvenient when I could’ve just told her. Now I have to wait till they email me back to get my missing parts.

Hardware is obviously cheap Chinese. Instructions are very hard to follow. Not enough diagrams.

The packaged arrived with tape in the wrong places. We were not home when FedEx dropped it off in the driveway. We had to tear the box apart to open it. There was hardware missing when we put it together. A lot of hardware. 8 carriage bolts with nuts, 15 clip springs, 2 male hinges, 2 female hinges, 12 clamps. Very disappointed.

I was immediately charged for my first order that was out of stock, reordered other items a day or two later. Immediately charged for those items and received a phone call the next day with no explanation just to call them. I called and left message on 6/8 and never received a call back nor why Customer Service was calling and what the issue was. I followed up today with an email and told they needed verbal verification of my address. Simple as that, yet it was never communicated in that way. Thank you!

i was supposed to get my order last Friday and didn't. I called your company and was told that it would be delivered on Saturday. I knew Fed Ex doesn't deliver on the weekends but I asked the girl if they did just to hear what she would say. She said they did deliver on the weekends. Yeah right. Here it is Monday and I still don't have my order. I am very angry about this and I should change my selection to very poor.

The unit shipped late and came delivered damaged. The order took 10 days to arrive. The boxes had no external damage, when opened the foam was crushed at top of the unit and the cover was broken where the screws attach to the unit, also the 4 plastic holders on the circuit board were all broken and circuit board was was damaged (the receiver unit had seperated from the board). I called and left a message with customer care on Saturday June 9, 2018. I would like a call from customer service, I will re-call on Monday during business hours to get replacement parts. 15 days have passed, and the product has not been sent to me. On the page they indicate that the product will be sent to me from 3 to 5 days.

1) the order entry person messed up entering my billing address which was the same as my shipping address. 2) had to recall and wait on hold for another long period of time. 3) had to reorder the item which was a second billing and wait for first billing to be canceled on my credit card. 4) person who took second call was very rude. 5) had to recall a third time to ask for an invoice as one was never sent. "this person was much nicer" 6) never received anything saying if and when it shipped along with a tracking number. very disappointed in my first purchase with you. will not be buying from you again anytime soon.

Your new website does not list all your product and the shipping to Hawaii is astronomical. It used to be reasonable shipping. Out of 4 phone orders, only one made it through. Your agents are not completing order after taking all info.

Waited a week before being told the item was no longer available. I called customer service to ask about my refund and the woman I spoke to was very rude. I’m not complaining about the site as much as the poor customer service.
