“I gave you a "poor " rating because the item is backordered, and you previously sent an email with the wrong order number. Not too impressed so far!”

“CIRCUT BOARD FAILED, HAD PURCHASE NEW AND RETURN BAD BEFORE CREDIT WOULD BE GIVEN...NOT HAPPY”

“Didn't work with my gate”

“Gate will not function when temperature is very cold. You have to disconnect the whole gate to open it. When temp warms up, it works as normal....no solution to this. Mount for actuator is made from metal that is too weak and it bends, needs to be made stronger I had to remake the 90 degree mounts for both sides. Have had to replace two remote actuators as they stopped working. Customer service has been good but product is "made in China' and poor quality and you are constantly working on it.”

“I bought a 20W solar panel to replace a 5W mighty mule panel. From the pictures provided in the amazon store description, there was some 2 core wire for hook up. my panel arrive with no wire. CSA said I would need to send in all of my purchase paperwork, I did. No response. I was forced to purchase wire separately. A small scam, but nevertheless a scam and the product description inaccurate. Reviewing others comments in reviews, I see that I am not the only one who feels this way. Seems so simple to fix, why don't you?”

“Thought it would be of better quality. Turns out the quality is not that good. It’s soft and easily bendable.”

“I was given bad information about your sliding gate opener by the technical assistance team and when it became evident that there was no easy solution to the problem that the misinformation created, the managers (Tetyana & Sam) refused to answer my Emails or give me any further assistance. They abandoned me to solve the problem on my own. I would definitely not do business with Aleko again nor would I recommend them to anyone else.”

“I received my order in a timely manner but the pieces that were included were not complete. I've emailed customer service and hope to get the replacement parts asap because I needed the gazebo for this coming weekend- I'm really disappointed that I am not able to install this because of a simple oversight on your part.”

“I call to see if they can find out if the gate opener have a car sensor and he told me to look at their website. He didn't bothers to look it up for me. Do I email them 3 time and get no response back at all. Not going to buy aleko product again.”

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear about your miscommunication. “Very poor quality of fabric. Fabric faded in a matter of weeks.”

“I purchased a solar panel, then contacted sales about mounting hardware. They let me know which mount and explained how to order. I received it, it's too small for the panel, sales directed me to your technical department who now advise me they don't have a mounting bracket to fit my panel. This disappoints me that you sell the panels but not mounting hardware, and don't let your buyers know this prior to purchasing. I've burned a week getting this panel installed and I'm back to square one.”

“I received only 1 trap however I ordered 12. Cost me $11.00 in long distance phone charges and the customer representative was not polite and was NOT familiar with the product. Demeaner was as if I was trying to pull a fast one on the company. Requested photos of item and took weeks to receive. Then when correct item was sent wasn't even sent priority mail!!!!”

“I ordered a set of the support poles for the retractable awning. the 1st set came with no hardware to mount to the awning. Customer service sent me a replacement set promptly. The second set came in a wet box that was crushed & had only 1 set of the hardware to use to attatch to the awning. I now have 4 poles & can only use one of them. I called again & was told, that there was no hardware needed. I told the person it clearly shows the hardware needed on your website. I was told they would check with the warehouse & get back to me. Then they ask could i send in pictures, which I did today. So could someone just send me the hardware I need to attatch at least 2 0f these support poles to my awning. Thank you”

“While I tried to work with you to get it to work correctly and/or fixed, the problem with the gate apparently cannot be fixed. When closing the gate, it wants to continuely back up and you have to keeping making it reverse to close it. It became so difficult to close it that we discontued using it.”

“Our tent broke after one use. The material was not good quality and the bars just snapped.”

“I have ordered Aleko window awnings three times in the last 1.5 years. After installing the awnings from the first order, I discovered that the resistance to UV light for the awnings is very poor. The color faded out from two awnings within a few months of installation. I have applied UV protection spray myself to the last two orders and will soon know if this solves the problem. However, it is a shame that you don't take this simple step yourselves for the customer. The awnings are otherwise of good quality at a good price. Providing this kind of product with poor UV resistance is just not logical. I have described this problem in a prior email to Aleko several months ago and did not receive a reply of any sort.”

“"The schematics we received were wrong for the system we purchased! The battery and solar panel are not adequate to keep the gate opening and closing as needed! The kit was not complete and we had to purchase more items to make it functional for a 20 feet gate opening! It continually stops randomly wherever and the button has to be pushed several times to open or close the gate! "”
