I was given bad information about your sliding gate opener by the technical assistance team and when it became evident that there was no easy solution to the problem that the misinformation created, the managers (Tetyana & Sam) refused to answer my Emails or give me any further assistance. They abandoned me to solve the problem on my own. I would definitely not do business with Aleko again nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
