I am seriously disappointed into shipping times differing by 4 days on products ordered to replace failed parts. Circuit board failed twice within 3 weeks on an ac1400 and then the external reciever (homelink) sent was sent without wires and nothing was said about needing to purchase additional wiring at time of order. Furthermore i had to pay for the original replacement board upfront. What a joke. Would love to say more but im busy.

hi i bougt a gate opener and in less than a year, the screw gear fail, and try to buy a replacement part to fix it, always is out of stock. parts are not easy to buy, and have a not functional gate opener and waiting for parts...

Product manuals for installation and product support are very poor for your products. Also it's a guessing game for what assecories go with different gate operators. Overall the product seems cheap. Will Ayres 755 S. Washington Ave Greenville, MS 38701

Sander wasn't so comfortable and easy to use. I did have problems to handle and it was a poor suction, all dust was trapped mostly in to sander not in vacuum. When I finish sanding all dust from sander falls on floor. On high speed It was very hard to breathe from dust. I wouldn't recommend this sander to anyone. Maybe there's better models and easier to handle.

Communication was terrible. They failed to provide prompt service or any service. They failed to return calls. We finally had to purchase a replacement part from them on our own and pay for it ourselves. It's been 1 year, and to date we have not been reimbursed or contacted. Piping for canopy was a different diameter than that provided for the awning skirt. The smaller size does not work. There was not enough of the larger size to use on both. Both skirt and awning are severely faded after approximately 30 days.

I purchased a really nice awning for an exterior doorway to match my shutters. It was a perfect burgundy match. After only several months, the fabric began to fade and is now a light pink. I brought it to your attention and you were kind enough to send a replacement. Problem is, of course, the same. The fabric doesn't last and it looks terrible. I was going to purchase a matching awning for our deck sliding door but not if it's going to fade like this. Sorry. Not happy.

Installation instructions are inadequate, particularly the wiring diagrams. Also the magnets are difficult.

Been waiting for our umbrella since February. Still on back order as far as I know. We were sent an offset umbrella instead of what we ordered. It was in a torn up box with a bunch of parts missing. It was up to us to dispose of it. Check in with Michael in Customer Service ever month or so to see if our umbrella is in. Have 2 retractable awnings, a sail shade and a rectangle shade that we haven't use yet. Want to put up the "matching" set once the umbrella arrives.

a lot of problems with multiply orders of the gate openers. You have replaced them numerous times but unfortunately now they are not covered by warranty. I have switched to purchasing a different brand.
