“Still not sure if it's producing power could use some support”

“Control panel is difficult to wire. No installer in my area knows your product.”

“low quality. replaced arm several times. then the board blew, twice. Then we had a delay and couldnt return the products, so i bought another arm. couldnt get the gate back up and running, so we called. Aleko said the circuit board was bad. Ordered another one. It was bad, got a replacement, gate still didnt work. Hired a professional who spent 4 hours on it, couldnt get it running after $270 in charges. Your people then told us to contact a manager or something, re-explained everything, nothing happened, we were re-recommended to purchase another board or something. You ship too slow (takes a week to get anything from seattle to FL) Im sorry but very frustrating experience. my gate has been down 8 months now. We gave up and will save for a more quality product to install.”

“THE AWNING THAT I PURCHASED HAS BEEN DISAPPOINTMENT. IT WAS A BLUE AND WHITE STRIPPED IN COLOR. IT HAS BEEN UP FOR ABOUT 6 MONTHS AND ALREADY FADING. THE BLUE IS LOOKING PURPLE”

“I original bought a gate opener online and was sent a lower model. I called and called the customer service line many times before I actually got helped. Finally I was told that they would refund me the difference in price if I kept the model I was sent because they were the same. After installed it I saw they were not the same. The model I was sent didn't have the soft close feature, which I really wanted. I also saw that the key pad would work. I finally called alecko and they told me the keypad was wrong too. (I was sent the keypad for the model of opener that I should have received the first time) I was sent a new keypad and that one did work. All and all if I would have been sent the model i originally ordered, your company would have made more money and I would have wasted many less hours on the phone and trying to program keypads that don't work on the model I was erroneously sent and my gate wouldn't be slamming shut every time it closes. All because someone in your shipping department can't read a model number correctly.”

“part was the wrong part and did not fit. however the part number was the correct one.”

“The grommets ripped from the canvas of the wind screen. It was flapping in the wind and almost fully detached from the fence within a week of installing it.”

“Came damaged and after I had it repaired didn't get a replacement and didn't get reimbursed for the repair I had done without a receipt.”

“The new gate opener I purchased has had nothing but problems. The circuitboard was faulty right out of the box which had to be replaced. A few months later, the motor failed and had to be replaced. Now the gate opener only works from the remote controls about half the time. The original Aleko gate opener was very reliable so I expected the new replacement to be just as good but it is not!”

“Main problem was that it repeated shocked the hell out of me--static discharge. There seemed to be place to attach a grounding strap.”

“I use these lights for craft projects and when they work- they're great -- very bright and vibrant, but I've found that each time I order (I usually have an order of 40 - 60 sets at a time) there are always 3 to 6 sets that don't work .. I actually got 5 sets of white lights in this recent order were there springs on top and bottom of second battery slot. This recent shipment was packed so poorly that when I opened it all the lights were loose and some of the plastic backs were apart from the battery packs and broken. there was very little packing/pillow packs used in this shipment -- I left feedback on Amazon but did not hear back..... it was disappointing. “Light fixture very cheap fire hazart connection area and floor base needs wood cover”

“Retractable awning. After two months the tubular motor malfunctioned and stripped the aluminum channel in the tube. 10 o'clock at night and it just let go, thought it was going to rip off the house. Could not get the motor to shut off. Junk.”

“I ordered a replacement awning and the material is so much thinner than the previous one. Once this new one needs replacing I will look elsewhere for a higher quality item.”
