I original bought a gate opener online and was sent a lower model. I called and called the customer service line many times before I actually got helped. Finally I was told that they would refund me the difference in price if I kept the model I was sent because they were the same. After installed it I saw they were not the same. The model I was sent didn't have the soft close feature, which I really wanted. I also saw that the key pad would work. I finally called alecko and they told me the keypad was wrong too. (I was sent the keypad for the model of opener that I should have received the first time) I was sent a new keypad and that one did work. All and all if I would have been sent the model i originally ordered, your company would have made more money and I would have wasted many less hours on the phone and trying to program keypads that don't work on the model I was erroneously sent and my gate wouldn't be slamming shut every time it closes. All because someone in your shipping department can't read a model number correctly.
