I needed to order half of a dual swing gate but was told I had to purchase the entire gate. Then I ordered the entire gate and it is on back order for 3-4 weeks. I will not do business with you again.

No one returned a call to let me know what I should do to fix the motor on the gate opener. Have called several times and am still waiting.

I looked you up on the Internet and I was pleased when I see him I called and placed an order for five items. Your company sent three and then two days later send one more item but after all of that you were still short one item. After opening the boxes my 8 x 8 on he was missing the bolts to attach the awning to the trailer so I had to go to Home Depot and get the The bolts and screws that were missing. Then moving onto my 13 x 8 awning after I open the box it was the wrong morning. I ordered a 13 x 8 owning complete motorized and received a 13 x 8 manual. So after a lot of confusion with your sale stuff They finally decided to ship the proper awning and ship the missing replacement fabric for a 15 x 8 Awning . The sad part here is I took three days off to install these two awnings and to replace a 15 x 8 fabric now I’ve wasted my time. You need to check with your quality control he needs to learn to do his job and to check the boxes to make sure the customer is getting what he purchased not what is written on the box he also needs to make sure that he ships all the items That were bought and paid for by the customer. At this time I will not recommend anyone to buy from your company, I have been treated very poorly thank you Ron Koch

My package has been setting in waycross ga witch is 30 miles away . Going on 3 days by the time I get it. Thank God I'm not in a hurry for it being I ordered another package the same day and had it for 2 days now. Thanks for asking

Ordered a product and paid for expedited shipping that arrived with bad a motherboard (Gate opener). Had to buy a replacement and then pay for expedited shipping again and then ship the bad product back to them to get the refund on the replacement order. All shipping was on my dime. And they would not tag the replacement product as a warranty replacement so I got stung with Taxes and Duty again. Left messages for managers so we'll see if there is a call back coming as this situation is ongoing. Customer service rep was very nice and service was good other than this issue.

Swing gate system and gate. Overall, installation complicated, need to fabricate and order parts constantly, components quality low to medium, failing parts - I regret going with this company and did not save much $ by. It going with the professional gate company.

Suction head loose, box damaged, can’t tighten head. When trying to install suction and discharge hose, head slides sideways. I need replacement please

I have been waiting for my new awnings and when it arrives it is now the wrong color. I was also told I would get a 10% discount if I gave good feed back service was good so I placed the order only to find out I had to do the feed back before I placed the order so I lost out on the discount then I get the wrong product. I am not a happy camper.

The box was delivered with a huge hole in one end. All of the hardware, including brackets, was missing. When I called to get the hardware sent, I was told the hardware couldn’t be expedited without a cost to us. Now, we are delayed at least another week before being able to mount our awning.

I have ordered two gate openers, two key pads and one exit wand. Each time, the manuals are poorly written, the first opener had to be replaced due to bad transmission and the bluetooth keypad would not work beyond about 10 feet. Technical support has given me bad information and led to incorrect purchases on several calls. I will try one last time.

I went through 3 installers. One of which was a well known Houston Awning Co. When awning is extended, it is only about 2-3 feet above deck. Pitch has been adjusted. I ordered legs to try to support awning. They are to extended and should lock to desired length. Well they do not lock and now this 71 yr old must try to gerryrig these things. Kare Hardin
