Ordered a product and paid for expedited shipping that arrived with bad a motherboard (Gate opener). Had to buy a replacement and then pay for expedited shipping again and then ship the bad product back to them to get the refund on the replacement order. All shipping was on my dime. And they would not tag the replacement product as a warranty replacement so I got stung with Taxes and Duty again. Left messages for managers so we'll see if there is a call back coming as this situation is ongoing. Customer service rep was very nice and service was good other than this issue.
