Gate will not function when temperature is very cold. You have to disconnect the whole gate to open it. When temp warms up, it works as normal....no solution to this.
Mount for actuator is made from metal that is too weak and it bends, needs to be made stronger I had to remake the 90 degree mounts for both sides.
Have had to replace two remote actuators as they stopped working.
Customer service has been good but product is "made in China' and poor quality and you are constantly working on it.
