I received only 1 trap however I ordered 12. Cost me $11.00 in long distance phone charges and the customer representative was not polite and was NOT familiar with the product. Demeaner was as if I was trying to pull a fast one on the company. Requested photos of item and took weeks to receive. Then when correct item was sent wasn't even sent priority mail!!!!
