I ordered a set of the support poles for the retractable awning. the 1st set came with no hardware to mount to the awning. Customer service sent me a replacement set promptly. The second set came in a wet box that was crushed & had only 1 set of the hardware to use to attatch to the awning. I now have 4 poles & can only use one of them. I called again & was told, that there was no hardware needed. I told the person it clearly shows the hardware needed on your website. I was told they would check with the warehouse & get back to me. Then they ask could i send in pictures, which I did today. So could someone just send me the hardware I need to attatch at least 2 0f these support poles to my awning. Thank you
