“The instructions were terrible. The heater was not able to be mounted as instructed. No supports in the walls to mount the heater. Which left holes after it pulled out. Then I have yet to even get the darn thing running. New part was shipped out and still not working. Not impressed with the customer service as well. So I have a 2,500 piece of wood sitting in my garage. Worst Xmas gift ever!!”

“I bought the driveway gates, and was impressed at how it is sturdy and well built. They even include all the necessary accessories including the posts and brackets. I followed the instructions carefully, especially the part about how deep to install the posts and how long to wait before attempting to attach the gates. Everything comes out perfect. I am very happy with the result, and am now planning to buy a second gate for the other side.”

“The directions for the keypad were non existent. And the tech service gave me the wrong info to set it up. After multiple calls someone finally gave the the correct info the setup a wireless keypad to a AR5750 gate opener. You need some correct step by step directions in print.”
