“The directions for the keypad were non existent. And the tech service gave me the wrong info to set it up. After multiple calls someone finally gave the the correct info the setup a wireless keypad to a AR5750 gate opener. You need some correct step by step directions in print.”

“Well I haven't the words to describe how poorly built this item is one of the side brackets plastic covering the metal part was broke also the plastic chain that you pull on to unwind or wind back up the shade wasn't even installed in the track so if I could return this I would and still might but I'll give them a call first”

“prior to ordering Aleko I was using Mighty Mule products. I ordered two 2200 lb slide gate openers and was very satisfied with the product. My third purchase was a ac 1400 model and this model has been a nightmare. They have sent me a new control board because it wouldnt work at all. Now it open and closes but will not stop where it should so they sent me a new limit switch. Unit still will not function properly. My customer is very unhappy its time To change it completely can you help me with this.”

“Our gates were never delivered and we never heard from the shipping company. Neither Aleko nor the trucking company could find and deliver our gates. We had to initiate contact with both companies week after week and neither followed up after any of our calls. Aleko sent us a robot email requesting we revise our review but offered no help to find and deliver our gates.”

“Order was mishandled from day 1 - had to call numerous times, Totally incorrect product shipped (not even related) although order was correct. Horrendous (actually no customer support) - refused to send correct product although my card was billed (against what was ordered). Sent pictures - still did not trust or believe me. Customer is not first, there is zero escalation management, there way or no way attitude. All that said - it's a shame as I was a repeat customer to a company with good products, but be careful (as other review state) if there are any challenges the people and support do not match the product quality.”

“Sliding gate controller AC1400 works great we have 6 drivers it has worked for 2 years now without fail opening and closing 20 to 50 times a day that like 30,000 times for like $350 that like 0.001 per cycle. dam good buy.”

“Shipping was fast and the product arrived just as described. I purchased the Winter waterproof canopy tent for 10.5 ' inflatable boat. My boat is 11' and with a few minor modifications it fits OK. Great product.”
