“you shipped the thing on 10x10ft pallet that guy could not even take down from the truck and literally was jerking his truck back and forth to get it down .... in meantime pallet crushed and we are waiting to open our boxes to see is merchandise OK.”

“shipment was to be delivered on 01/05/18 and it was not. Rescheduled for 01/09/18 and that date is not guaranteed. Shipment is being sent in two boxes which we were not aware of and one box was delivered on 01/06/18 and it had parts missing per the inventory list included. Not happy with this at all.”
