“The gate opener does not work when temperature is below freezing. They are aware of this defect in the design of the product but cleverly do not mention it in their literature about the product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF WHERE YOU ARE INSTALLING IT REACHES TEMPERATURES BELOW FREEZING. I discovered this defect when winter came and it was outside of the 30 day return policy. When I asked to return the product as it was known to be defective they refused to refund the money. Very dishonest company to deal with.”

Thank you for your feedback. All our manuals for all gate openers list -15C or 5F as a minimum temperature for operation. You can find it under "Environmental temperature".

“Gate will not function when temperature is very cold. You have to disconnect the whole gate to open it. When temp warms up, it works as normal....no solution to this. Mount for actuator is made from metal that is too weak and it bends, needs to be made stronger I had to remake the 90 degree mounts for both sides. Have had to replace two remote actuators as they stopped working. Customer service has been good but product is "made in China' and poor quality and you are constantly working on it.”

“I bought a 20W solar panel to replace a 5W mighty mule panel. From the pictures provided in the amazon store description, there was some 2 core wire for hook up. my panel arrive with no wire. CSA said I would need to send in all of my purchase paperwork, I did. No response. I was forced to purchase wire separately. A small scam, but nevertheless a scam and the product description inaccurate. Reviewing others comments in reviews, I see that I am not the only one who feels this way. Seems so simple to fix, why don't you?”
