“Trampoline was ok when it eventually arrived but the instructions are barely readable, faded writing and images and they generally were not very clear We ended up making it and noticed a bit in the box that should have been done mid way but it was too late Was already up and we were definitely not going to undo it all to put that but in (was for cosmetic purposes not functional) Overall the trampoline is nice, strong and secure just took a little longer than expected and instructions are useless”

“The product itself is great! The instructions were very difficult to follow and the pictures were fuzzy. When initially ordered online, I didn’t receive any confirmation back for weeks of the order, when delivery would be, nothing. This led us to the point of nearly canceling the order all together. In the end, we have received the order, figured out how to build, and the kids LOVE it! We tried to order another one for grandmas house but they are sold out unfortunately. Fingers crossed they increase production sooner than later.”

“I bought a Hape grand piano for my kids. When I unbox the piano, I found several scratches and dents over the body of the piano. Among them, the one on the edge of piano cap is the severest. White painting on the surface is gone, the raw wood inside was exposed which I thought highly influence the appearance of the piano. I really can't bear this problem. I wrote email, massage, call customer service and sent pictures. No one comes up to solve my problem. It was a terrible purchase that I 've ever met. Just for your reference if you want a good after-sale service, all4kids is absolutely not the best choice.”
