“I've been using Amazon now for over 17 years, placing dozens of orders every month, and I haven't had a bad experience yet. I make maybe three or four returns a year and every time the process is very simple and costs nothing. Overall; great range, decent website features and superb customer service. The only thing to watch out for are the prices on third party seller items, which are often excessive, and also the fake reviews that pop up regularly on certain categories of item.”

“I've been using Amazon for a few years now, I have never had any problems, they inform you at every step of your purchase to delivery status, using Amazon just makes my life so much easier and as a busy working mum, time is the one thing I seem to run out of. Now to get on and order the Xmas pressies - all through Amazon Prime of course”
