“Pen Heaven were simple, quick, affordable and top quality. I wanted to gift my partner a specific format of diary which I was able to design very simply on their website. The process was simple and the personalisation of the diary looks excellent. I accompanied the diary with a Parker Pen gift set which colour coordinate with the diary well. I'm looking forward to his reaction :) I would shop again with Pen Heaven as the product is as desired and it arrived SO quickly. I live abroad so this was very surprising.”

“I ordered a microwave oven,as my old one had broken down. I was very happy as it arrived very quickly and the postage was free. I was able to track my delivery just by logging in to Amazon. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.”

“Amazon is the main source of my purchases and probably accounts for 95% of everything I buy online. Pricing isn't always the cheapest but that comes second to the exceptional level of service you receive if something goes wrong or goods are faulty. They always take items back and usually arrange a free collection in most cases which is extremely impressive. The review system is also really useful and helps when making buying decisions by being able to check real-life feedback. I also subscribe to Amazon Prime and the Amazon Music Unlimited service which I switched to from Spotify. It's a great service and I'm really impressed with the huge catalogue on the subscription service (not to be confused with the Amazon Music that is included with the Prime service as a bit of an added extra). I spend a vast amount of money with Amazon every year and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future no doubt!”
