“I orderd a book on Amazon for my mothers Christmas present and it showed all the reviews and it got delivered to the house on time too. Very good service”

“I had a problem with the NUS offer and could not redeem the £ that I was promised. The Amazon customer service team is one of the best I have encountered. Not only did I get the problem sorted out, the credit was immediately put into my account. I have previously purchased from Amazon and it has never been disappointing. The products themselves can sometimes be terrible but it's mainly due to the sellers. Amazon's delivery is always prompt and on time.”

“I bought a speaker from amazon that i had delivered to an amazon locker. the delivery date was about 3 days after purchase. i got a text the following day saying it was ready for collection. that is really good customer service and i highly recommend amazon as i use them frequently and have done so for the past 15 years. they have never let me down”

“I make many orders on Amazon and I'm very satisfied. Only in the last two weeks I have received 2 desk pads, 2 sofa pillows, 2 seat covers and 4 wheels for furniture. But more generally I bought toy musical instruments, carnival costumes, books, light bulbs, electronic accessories, bathroom accessories, furniture... the list would be endless! Always fast shipping, there have rarely been delays and in the very few occasions when there have been problems with defective or broken items, I've always solved with quick replacements or refunds. Never again without Amazon!”
