“A watch I bought through Amazon recently developed a fault. Amazon arranged for a return and refund which allowed me to purchase the a new replacement watch. With prime membership I was able to have a replacement the day after sending in the faulty one. Great Customer Service.”

“It's amazing how many products I can get delivered to my door! It's fantastic for things like toilet paper that are incredibly difficult for someone who doesn't have a car and has to take two busses to get to the grocery store. However, the Canadian Amazon is missing a ton of stuff. Also, Prime is my favourite thing ever.”

“As an amazon prime member I received my order as promised within 2 days. The delivery person was concerned about my item getting wet (as it was raining). He even loaded the large utility cabinet into my car. Very pleased with his service to me and dedication to protecting my merchandise.”
