“Nice deal on laptop, the delivery took less than i expected all in all good service - alot of packaging but on the safe side with electronic equipment some times it does not get handled well. The only problem about getting stuff online is there is no onsite support so had to find tech person locally view site rectify.ml thanks all from finchley”

“We are a power user of Amazon UK, but it is becoming increasingly customer unfriendly in the last 6 months: 1. The customer service has definitely gone downhill where they cannot explain charges that seem to appear on credit cards for no purchases whatsoever. 2. They have become classic bureaucracy with typical "Keep on chasing us even if it is our fault that we have misplaced your delivery and our system will happily keep you guessing". 3. Gift cards - get a few gift cards, scratching is a mess, then the mobile app wont scan them easily (maybe 10% times). So, you type letters that are confusing (VU, G6 etc). Then they have recently put in security captcha that appears, you guessed it, everytime and not once in a session. It seems that they are actively discouraging Gift cards and creating a slush fund! Rest is all fine as of now and I will provide more concern areas as they become apparent. I am amazed how they have been able to alienate an ardent supporter like me in the last few months.”

“I had to take over with a dispute with my daughters boyfriend as he was getting nowhere with his item problem, within 5 mins and pointing out there legal responsibility he was refunded and had an apology”

“Testing out prime. Ok. Videos are so so. Some good deals (not great). Way off some of the good/great deals compared to US. Not quite in same league as eBay.”

“As with most sites do your research before buying, some items way over priced. I have some good experience some bad. Find it really annoying that I am always asked to join prime! NO thanks! Also would like to see where my item is coming from" as one item I didn't think would arrive" it came from china so took over a month!! Instead of a week Id like a pre warning that there coming from china!!! As I needed them asap!”
