“I made a purchase before Christmas, but unfortunately the item failed to arrive. I contacted Amazon, on a few occasions, they eventually resolved the situation by replacing the missing item, the last person I spoke with, I felt dealt with my concerns, and anxieties in a very professional and experience manner.
