“I use Amazon (Prime) a great deal (almost every day!) and I find it exceptionally easy to use and search for what I want. They have a good choice of items and I shop for all kinds of products from food items to clothing as well as books and technology.”

“I find amazon maybe one of the best places to purchase goods. The prices are reasonable. The distribution is great, unless it's Christmas time which is understable that things can take a Little bit longer to get to their destination, other than that I have no complaints, on the contrary Amazon is an easy website to understand and receive your goods in the time stated.”

“I made a purchase before Christmas, but unfortunately the item failed to arrive. I contacted Amazon, on a few occasions, they eventually resolved the situation by replacing the missing item, the last person I spoke with, I felt dealt with my concerns, and anxieties in a very professional and experience manner.
