“Orders always arrived promptly and on time. Prices in the main are good but I do price compare before purchase. Amazon USA have allowed me to purchase an item via the website as the item was not available in the UK. The only negative which Amazon have tried to address is to large a box for the size of the item.”

“I ordered a frying pan and it was damaged in transit. It went back to the Amazon and I was offered a full refund. I still wanted the frying pan but it had increased in price. The Amazon added the difference and I was very pleased I was able to order it again. I got it delivered within two working days. Very pleased about their customer services.”
