“99% of the time the service truly is second to none (well, maybe only Lakeland!). Prices, products, choice, service, postage options etc all so, so good. “My sons kindle was not working and they were so helpful and efficient we had a new one in days. Th new one sent out was the latest version and our safety case would not fit. So I called them up straight away and a they put a new case through and it was sent out straight away. Very happy with how flexible and helpful they were”
