“Products always arrive on time. Except for once, when the off-shored call-center messed up badly, they didn't communicate my note of "If it doesn't arrive by Friday, I want it delivered home, not at work" between each other, and so I spent a weekend waiting for a package that arrived on Monday.”

“I know my delivery always arrives within the dates I am given and mostly at the earlier end of the dates. I recently bought a gift for my friend's birthday and I was late but Amazon could deliver it very quickly and she received it on her birthday.”
