“Always so efficient. I purchased a product for my nephew for Christmas, from a supplier that went through amazon but when I received it, it was very cheap material and the print was awful. I contacted seller in regards to this and had t heard a reply, amazon checked with me to see if the seller had got back to me... cut the long story short amazon gave me a full refund back including P&P bills. Amazon certainly looks after their customers. I was so pleased how efficient they were as I honestly though I'd lost the money paid.. massive thumbs up to Amazon!!”

“I usually find what i am looking for quite easily with few key words. The comments and descriptions are very useful. I just find a bit confusing all the types of delivery options, it should be indicated before validating the basket”
