“I have been a customer for a long time and never had any issues with Amazon. Their process is always straightforward, even the returns. Nothing is too much trouble when I have a query. They are understanding and respectful of my position when I've had problems with items, I. D. Fraud etc. Parcels arrive either on the date given or earlier and they are well packaged. Amazon have supported any issues I have had with one of their clients or companies and they have always helped whenever possible. I am proud to be an Amazon customer and I don't know any other company I can say that about.”
