“I was so pleased with your Customer Services when I had a query with a product I had to purchase in order to use Amazon Prime Video. The query was dealt with very quickly and professionally. I also received an after sales call from Amazon to make sure that I was satisfied with their service. I would certainly recommend Amazon to all my family and friends using social media such as facebook "spread the good news".”

“i have used amazon for buying several different items, cds, games, books and ebooks . the service has always been prompt and the items accurately described. the posted items have always arrived promptly, the ebooks have always been delivered to my kindle within seconds. i often use amazon and will continue to do so in the future. thank you amazon for the excellent services you supply.”
